   Pros: Very nice server doing her best. A bit slow getting going but we could see she was totally slammed and once she knew we were in a rush (we had a play to get too), she totally stepped it up and was perfect. Definitely not her fault, it was pretty obvious, the place was packed. Food was excellent. Drink was excellent (I had the mezcal cocktail with the aperol -yum!) Adorable place, great ambience. Con: SO noisy. I don't know if it's possible to do anything but we could not hear each other. Very loud party next to us, but even after they left, it was still pretty loud. Some kind of remediation (doors between the small rooms would really help) is needed. We won't go back for this reason and only this reason. Otherwise, totally recommend!

   This is the second time we’ve experienced extremely poor service here. After being seated, we waited 25 minutes without any acknowledgment. I eventually had to get up twice to find someone—anyone—who could assist us. When our server finally appeared, he explained that he had been in the bathroom and things were busy, so he needed a moment. It’s clear the restaurant is either understaffed or lacks an effective system for managing tables. Guests were visibly frustrated, left sitting with menus and no drinks for an unreasonably long time. For a venue of this caliber, this level of service is simply unacceptable

   Everything was great except that thought it was odd that would not do an egg white omelet or any just egg white option. 1/2 the brunch menu was egg focused.

   the noise level simply made for an unpleasant dining experience, despite the good food snd service. Not planning to go back.

   Everyone from the hostess, bartenders, and waitress were so friendly. The oysters and food were delicious!

   We arrived 15 minutes early for Easter Brunch. We were told that our table was not ready so we went to the bar to get a Bloody Mary (excellent mix). After 15 minutes the hostess retrieved us and brought us to our table. A small round table next to the front door. Right next to it. Like someone may bump you when they come into the restaurant. We said no thanks, I can’t believe we waited 15 minutes for one of the worst tables in the restaurant. We asked to sit at a high top in the bar where we had a great meal of oysters, a shrimp po boy, and salmon with all the fixings. Why do hostesses do this? We were decked out in nice clothes, quite respectable and appropriate for an Easter Brunch. This place has great food that is not cheap, but the service I would have to rate poorly only because of the way the hostess treated us.

   I’ve been wanting to go to the Windsor house since it opened and it didn’t disappoint! Such an amazing vibe. Brunch was fantastic, drinks were great, the decor is out of this world. I already can’t wait to go back, need to try dinner!

   We really enjoyed Easter brunch with our family at the Windsor House. The menu was creative, thoughtful and delicious but would love to see more vegetarian and vegetable forward options on the menu overall including more salads- Even the fries are made in beef tallow. The cocktails ambience and service were top notch

    We have been to brunch at the Winsor House several times before and we always enjoy our experience. The tables are ready promptly per time of the reservation and the service is excellent. Most delightfully, we enjoy the quality of the food!
