The atmosphere was very nice and the service was impressive. I believe it was the owner perhaps who even greeted our party and thanked us for visiting as we departed. The menu selection was varied and well presented. We were extremely excited to have arrived for happy hour - a nice bonus!

Ordered meatballs and dish was hot but food was cold, soda was flat and brought it to servers attention and all she offered was to take it off bill. No new drink was offered. Fruit on charcuterie was borderline going bad. Flatbread was cold and tomatoes were unripe. Not a good experience. Will not be returning.

What a great place! We went during happy hour and got such a deal. The wine was perfect (I appreciated being able to sample) and the service attentive. Cannot wait to return.

I truly believe that most of the time the food Quality is 5 star but sometimes things aren't always up to par with proper techniques in the kitchen. I do believe the cooking staff and Management needs to learn certain techniques if they our going to be delivered correctly eg; Blackening or Black and Blue & so on...
The music was quite loud at the 4 pm seating and honestly the type of music playing did not fit the atmosphere of a "WINE BAR", cool jazz may be a thought:) When asked for music level to be turned down, the server didn't seemed pleased with request and music was barely altered and when asked, was the level ok NoW, IT, felt as if it was a defensive mode and not to please guest of the establishment mode
I love the WINE BAR and always want to be able to come have a sensational dining experience, so hopefully these things will be taught to staff and make it one of the most appealing dinning establishments in MOTOWN area!

Once inside we were told to access the menu via Safari, which neither of us had. Asked for paper menu, which was reluctantly supplied. Appetizers were OK. My pizza was tepid. Not up to standard of pre-covid. Disappointed.

Finally, we never enjoy hearing that our food has failed to meet our standards, and we are always more than willing to replace the food, or otherwise rectify the situation. Very nice but felt a little rushed. Even though our reservation was for 1 hour and 45 min. Our meals came while we were still enjoying appetizers.

What a wonderful surprise! This was our first time there. The safety procedures that were in place were the best I have seen in the last six months. The service was on point and the food was absolutely delicious.

I’m going to preface this by saying I rarely review or complain about restaurants.
Seated outdoors by choice. Outside seating was disappointing - an AstroTurf mat in the parking lot with two tables. No lights or patio heaters on a cool fall night, so it wasn’t enjoyable. Bad enough we really considered leaving before we ordered.
The service was slow. We waited a long time for everything and were rotating to our car to warm up while we waited. Two dinners (filet special) arrived and were excellent. Pizza did not arrive at the same time and was so delayed that the server and manager apologized and comped that on our bill.
All and all, not a great experience. We will try again, as I can only hope that the service issues were an isolated incident. The outdoor seating was my fault since I selected it when I reserved, so we will try indoors the next time. Highly recommend that they add heaters and lighting if they are going to offer outdoor seating in October.

A favorite place! Staff is always courteous and service is excellent.
The Wine Bar is doing a great job managing this pandemic. The food and drinks were great. It’s the only place I trust right now to dine-in in town.
Absolute gem of a place. We drove 11 hours to experience the restaurant, and it was definitely worth it. Servers are attentive and the food/drinks were perfect.

Great location with attentive staff even during these times. Come for a great glass of wine and appetizers or a meal. The burger is fabulous! The build-your-board platter is a great accompaniment to one of the best Cab Zauv wines I have ever experienced. Highly recommend getting an outdoor table (when the temperature is right) and enjoying this place.
