The Sycamore is a Contemporary, Southern American restaurant in a 1920's historic clubhouse. Chef Josh Prichard's menu includes dishes made from scratch, inspired by, and made with locally sourced proteins, ingredients, and seasonal produce whenever possible. Adult beverages include seasonal cocktails and mocktails as well as creative and thoughtful wine menu. Signature dishes include our Smoked Meats, Chicken and Waffles and Fried Green Tomatoes.

Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was a lovely evening. Our server was awesome, really friendly and made nice recommendations. The food was great, neither of us could finish our entrees, but the watermelon Nashville chicken was freaking awesome! They topped it off with a Happy Anniversary card, signed by the staff!! It was a lovely evening.

Went for lunch to celebrate friend’s birthday. Staff gave friend a birthday postcard signed by all. Food was good as was presentation. Sat on deck which could use some decorating for better ambiance. Does have nice view of golf course though. Would return.

Wings had a great flavor however they were over cooked and hard to chew. Burger tasted like charcoal and wasn’t good at all. My wife didn’t like it and I tried it not to waste it , however I only took one bite . The macaroni and cheese was to be put simply the worse I ever had. Literally tasted like the maybe the top of the pepper bottle had come loose and then mixed up anyway. The pepper flavor was so strong that you could not even taste cheese on the macaroni. The one highlight of the experience was the parmesan cheese fries they were the best I have ever had anywhere. The disappointment in the low cost items on the menu would certainly keep me from ordering the high end dinner menu items . The other highlight of our visit was our waitress. Camron was awesome and very attentive and had a great attitude.

Decent spot. Menu looked great, but the food left a lot to be desired. Waitress was very nice and service was quick for the food and drinks.

I reserved a table for my wife’s birthday; this was her choice for dinner. Her large fresh salad that she added a salmon fillet to was, according to her, very good.I ordered the smoked brisket that came with Mac and cheese and green beans. The brisket was tender and had a good smoked flavor. The Mac and cheese was ok and green beans were good. We shared bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and it was delicious!

My meal was excellent — Lime Citrus Glazed Salmon — however my husband’s meal was terrible — Beef Brisket — and as a result we will not be back.

We wanted to love it but the brisket and pork were both quite dry. My husband ordered the pork tacos and the garlic was so overpowering in the black beans that they were inedible and the pork was dry. I ordered the brisket and it was quite dry as well. The sides were perfect. The drinks were delicious as well as the chocolate mousse. Our server was very attentive and helpful.

This is a friendly place, our server was lovely and worked hard and the manager even came around to ask how things were quite soon after we arrived. It’s a lovely location. Lots of food, yet more than a bit overwhelming since our salad and entree came when we barely had startef our appetizer. I would recommend against the spring rolls. It didn’t help that we were charged six dollars for an extra sauce we hadn’t ordered (immediately taken off the bill when asked about it.) The Southwest spring royals were deep fried, overcooked, quite small and hard to cut—certainly not worth $12. Highly recommend the Caesar salad—tasty and abundant. The chimicurra pasta was basic and came only with a large portion of baked brown tasteless cauliflower. Glad we asked if we could add some shrimp to the pasta and the chef accommodated. Even with the shrimp though it was not worth $26. Finally, the deep fried apple dessert that we have loved in the past was cooked way too long. We suspect the regular chef may not have been working. We will give it another try as we have enjoyed it in the past wholeheartedly. A recommendation is they play less agitating and quieter music that is in keeping with the ambience.
