The New Year’s Eve desert choices given was not the best. Maybe they had little kids in mind and not actually adults spending their money. Could have been better. Desert tasted awful. Bunch of marshmallows for deserts really?

I saw that The Melting Pot had a Thursdate night and since I've always wanted to try them, it was the perfect opportunity! You get to try all the different courses and they're all amazing. The service is impeccable and they really go out of their way to make you feel at ease and comfortable with trying a new experience. I will definitely be going back often!

Words can not explain the amazing service my wife and I recieved for our 15 year anniversary. It was our first time here and I can already tell it wont be the last. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everything was spectacular! The attention to detail from the rose petals and candles to the chocolate tray with the words “Happy Anniversary” along with two chocolate covered strawberries, it just made our night even more special. The food was amazinng!! We had “the bigger night out” option.everything from the cheese fondue to the freshly cut bits of protein in the entree was just so tasteful and delicious! And what can we say about the staff! I mean you guys went above and beyond expectaions! I loved that you all worked as a team and helped each other out throughout the night. Good food makes a special moment great, but great service just adds magic to the whole experience, and I really want to thank you for that! To my server thank you again for not being pushy, for the knowledge in what you do, and for making us feel so comfortable, in spite of this whole pandemic. Again thank you so much!

We chose the 4 course dinner for two. From start to finish it was amazing! Liam was our server and did a top notch job! His recommendations were on cue, presentation and explanations perfect, and our drinks never went low. The food is outstanding and it was more than enough to fill us up with so many amazing things to try!

Extremely overly priced

Service was amazing. Mariam was our server/bartender. Her drink presentations were beautiful. Recommendations were made that went perfect with our food choices. All 4 courses were presented and explained wonderfully. All questions were answered. Great care was taken.

It was very enjoyable!

Even at half capacity and way more than enough staff, they still struggled to give a great experience. It was a birthday event so why we go a server on his second day of work, I don’t know. Drinks were ordered three times and took twenty minutes to get to us and the wait for each entree was way longer than expected. It’s not like they have so much prep work and it wasn’t even crowded. They did accommodate my diet and the food was decent, albeit not worth the cost. They should also check the equipment before seating people bc having a guy under the table while I’m seating there was slightly uncomfortable and again-if I’m paying that much for a meal, you’d think they would be ready for the dinner. They tried but really just fell way short. I’d be surprised if we go back for any special occasion.

Arturo and Jeremy provided excellent service. All the staff are wonderful and always a great time. We went for Nurses celebration, that is the last Wednesday of each month.

Perfect for special occasions they can go that extra mile if you want

Melting Pot went above and beyond to make our Brazilian Valentine’s Day special. They treated us amazingly and took extra steps beyond what we paid for to make the event one to remember. The food as always as terrific; although we’ve learned the meat does need to be salted as unless you order something specially seasoned it comes as is. The dessert and cheese is really the reason why we come anyway and while they’ve drawn back their menu; it was still incredible. Also during this “new normal” we felt very safe with all the precautions they took for preventing the spread or transmission of COVID-19. Job well done! Erik, our server, was the absolute best and really took customer care to the next level.

Really nice place loved the presentation

Definitely a place I'll visit again! From the beginning to the very end it was a great experience. Professional staff, helpful, polite, and enthusiastic! And the food was amazing!

This was our second visit during the time El Paso restaurants were open for 25% seating capacity, while restaurants in Las Cruces were open ONLY for delivery and carryout.
While this incident is not rare in our dining experience, I thought it worth commenting that we had barely sat down when a server was at the table inquiring about drinks. We had not had time to even look at the menu. If this server had brought water it might not have worth commenting upon, but no water was provided until we said water would be good start since we had not looked at the menus. But Melting Pot's use of TWO servers for a table, one for drinks and one for the meals, is confusing.
We opted again for ala carte menu and were pleasantly taken "Quattro Fromage" and would likely try it again individually rather than sharing a serving. We had the California and bacon and Blue cheese over spinach salads and both were tasty. We concluded with the milk chocolate fondue, which in future we likely would forgo in favor of more cheese fondue.
Since we like fondue and it is unavailable in Las Cruces we'll be back in the future.

A little pricey, but hey the experience is totally worth it! 😁 Being that it’s fondue you don’t want to have left overs to take home, but Melting Pot gives you the perfect portions. You’ll leave feeling satisfied, and not too full like the button on your pants is holding on by a wish and a prayer 😜 The loungey vibe makes it good for any occasion, whether it’s date night, a birthday, or just a nice family dinner. It’s fun, it’s delicious, it’s memorable! 🤗

Since our hometown, Las Cruces has not opened restaurants for sit-down dining, we took our business to nearby El Paso to one of the few restaurants ready to provide sit-down dining. We had the classic cheese and chocolate fondues. Both were quite good, however the server turned the warming hot plate too high such that the some cheese dried on the pot sides, preventing it from dipped into. So, much like nacho chips/cheese sauce proportions leaving more chips without any dip, it seemed to us that this appeared to be the case to us. We had the server not turn on the hot plate for the chocolate fondue and the match between dippers to dip was better balanced.

I always love going to this place. The food is great.

You cancelled our booking because??? - so I rebooked it, and a few hours later our booking was cancelled because of the virus, so why are you sending this? A young man from the restaurant called and told us not to come - even though other restaurants remained open. - So never got to go!!

Great place, food and service.

My daughter and I went to Melting Pot. We love Alexander and all the staff, but I’m not sure if we will be going as much because the prices went up with the new menu. Some of the new menu is easier, but if my daughter and I would order separately, it would be $25 more each, where it is already expensive. I feel like I’ll be penalized with $25 more if I come alone, so I’m forced to come with someone else. If my daughter and I choose to order create our own for the entree, besides the choices given, we are charged $5 more a piece for 3 choices of protein instead of 4 proteins included with the certain choices (classic, pacific rim, steak lovers, land and sea, vegetarian). There’s pros and cons to the new menu, but I still feel it’s a little pricey for the El Paso demographics.

Firts time there and it was great! Really love the new experience

EVerything was great but we were there for 4 hours. I do like to dine rather than just eat and run but 4 hours seems a bit too lengthy. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We even had leftovers considering the couple we were with spit a small dish and ate alot of our meals.

I made my reservation for 9:45 PM on Valentine's day. We got there at around 9:20. There were so many couples waiting to be seated that also had reservations. We were all huddled by the door and the crowd spilled into the dining area so I can imagine it ruined the mood for a lot of people. We asked about our reservation and were told they didn't know an exact time but that there were 16 couples in front of us that were waiting to be seated.
We weren't given a table until 10:45 PM and that was only because a few couples left the restaurant before they were seated. It took forever to get our drinks and our food. When the did bring us our food they forgot our silverware. I ended up eating my salad with my hand while my husband went to go ask for some forks. We were given a set and they were both dirty and full of cheese. I was very upset by this point. The waitress brought over another set after we insisted they were dirty. She had said that it was just water stains but it was clearly chunks of cheese. We finally got our fondue and we got our utensils but she only brought 2 for each. It took forever to cook our meats. When we got our dessert, it was like we only got enough to taste. There was so little chocolate in that pot that I had to stand over it for me to be able to see it. I wasn't happy with this experience. I wish it was handled better. We ended up leaving until 12:30 AM. We didnt have time for anything afterwards as my husband had to wake up at 5 AM for work the next morning. It was a ruined night. I will not be trusting Melting pot with our special occasions anymore, it was a real disappointment.

I’ll be honest I was underwhelmed by the melting pot.

Our experience was awesome as usual. Alexander is the best server there. Always attentive, kind, wonderful. Arturo and Jeremy always stop by the table to check on us. We saw the new menu tonight, that is supposed to start next week. It’s extremely disappointing because my daughter and I go there all the time and we enjoy ordering our own fondues for every part of the meal. Now we won’t have that choice, which I think is a wrong choice. El Paso people already don’t like to try new things, but taking away the individual choices is horrible and expensive. I hope someone changes the menu back to individual choices.

Great spot for date night or quick celebration

Poor service. We arrived about 5 minutes before our 2PM reservation. There were multiple tables open and looked to be about 4 parties eating at our arrival. The whole dining experience took 2.5 hours, we were offered a chocolate fondues for our wait time.
