   A very enjoyable experience for lunch. Very nice place with a good atmosphere, good food, nice selection of cask ales and attentive, polite staff. Would definitely consider returning when we are in the area.

   Wow.. all I can say is everything was stunning.. brought my in laws for an early Mother’s Day treat and everyone loved it.. The portion sizes were great! And I have never tasted gravy like it in my life on my roast dinner. My mother in law has not stopped talking about her prawn cocktail so we know it was good.

   Best Sunday roast I have ever had, and we have had a lot….great place, great service and incredible food. Well done to the leather bottle, different class.

   Delicious food, friendly service and fairly priced. The soup was wonderful and I might go back this week for lunch just to have it again.

   Haven’t been for many years and had a great meal with great service. Food was good and the 3 courses came out timed to perfection. The pub has had a big makeover since we last visited making it a pleasant environment.

   On top of regular visits we went Christmas Day (2nd year) and NYE for food. We were a bit late to book Xmas but they did everything they could to accommodate us. Good service and friendly staff every time we visit. Great food including Maureen’s Pie and Mash - great idea! What also adds to their premier service is how accommodating they are with dogs. Great pub highly recommended

    Food was amazing loverly staff great service we will be returning again in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend thanks leather bottle.
