There's a reason it’s called The Hub. We’ve been at the center of the Heber Valley for nearly a century.

We have been the home of Saturday morning breakfast with the family, a lunch with friends, or even a first date.
We’ve been here after a day at the lake, after an adventure in the mountains, or an early morning before a day on the slopes - or just for a nice meal around the ones you love.

The Hub is more than a restaurant, it’s our own hometown haven where memories are made with family & friends over a lifetime. A lot can happen in a century, especially at a bustling restaurant.

The Hub’s beautiful new home keeps its old bones while creating a refuge to honor the history of our valley and our hard-working families. Our new Hub focuses on getting back to our roots. Dirt on our hands and in our boots, our new mascot Rocky, a highland cow, exemplifies our story. This is the new Hub, the heart of Heber Valley - for this century and the next.

This is our first time eating hear. We had seen lots of great reviews so we decided to tryfor ourselves. It was easy to reserve a table through OpenTable. We arrived and were immediately seated and we had our waters within minutes. Our drinks came quickly but our food took longer than expected. The food was delicious and served hot. We’ll definitely go back again.

Our first time to the newly remodeled and new owner HUB and it knocked our socks off. Every single thing we ordered was FABULOUS! The boys both had prime rib and it was cooked to perfection (and they're picky about their meat). Two of the ladies had the steak salad and I would rate it better than Ruth Chris steak salad also portion was much larger and a smok'in deal at $21.00. One person had the shrimp special and loved it. It was so much food most of us could not finish and needed to-go containers. An enjoyable evening overall and can hardly wait to return.

This by far is one of the best values for your money in Wasatch County as well as Summit County. The food is excellent -no matter what you choose. Also, the abundance of food and of course the choices are amazing. We have eaten lunch and now dinner there. The service was good, and the modern decor is a breath of fresh air. The cons are if it is a con is that this is a family style restaurant so the noise level can be very high so don't expect a calm relaxing atmosphere no matter where you sit. If you choose the patio, remember this property is on a corner of a very busy intersection. Just know you will be getting great food for your money which now a days is something to behold.

Food and service were great. Nice portions for the price, which was reasonable. Will definitely go back on my next visit to Utah

We tried the Hub after they reopened and were disappointed. After seeing the menu had changed, we decided to give it another try. We are now fans again and will be going back...soon! Thank you for listening to your customers.

A locals favorite. Great menu, great food, in casual, laid back atmosphere. Bring a big appetite with you, you’ll need it to clean your plate. Great service, too.

I had never been to The Hub before but my husband had, and he suggested it for a celebration dinner. There were 7 in our party. The waitress greeted us and quickly brought waters. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The prices were not as expensive as Park City but pricier than a chain restaurant. We all ordered something different and shared bites so we could taste everything. I had the braised short ribs over grits— yum! The salmon was perfectly cooked. The crispy chicken thighs were delicious, and the roasted Brussels sprouts were excellent. The apple pie was very tasty, too, and plenty big for sharing. The raspberry pomegranate spritzer was a real winner! We didn’t need a reservation because it was Tuesday evening, but I expect that during brunch hours and weekend evenings a reservation would be wise. We will definitely come again.
