Really a great meal, everything was top notch, you could tell they were using fresh ingredients, been in the restaurant business 40 yrs and I was impressed

The food was amazing. Not what you would expect in the middle of rural Vermont. Totally recommend! The cocktails were also quite delicious.

We had an incredible dinner at The Hermitage Inn after a freezing cold ski day. We were seated by the fireplace and the warm bread was a welcomed start. My daughter had the hermitage burger and I had the sirloin with Yukon mashed potatoes. We ended the evening with a warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. While we were seated we chatted with one of the owners and then got to see the incredible wine cellar. It doesn’t get better…

We ate in the Tavern. Ambience relaxing. Noise level on the higher end. Appetizers & dinner delicious. Definitely higher price restaurant.

Just a really nice atmosphere with excellent service from our waitress Lyndsey. The filet and Alaskan king crab was delicious.
