   This place was really crowded due to Mother’s Day. But with our reservation we were seated within 10 minutes. This place is alway very consistent with their food. The steaks were all prepared as ordered and the everything was delish. They run this place like a well oiled machine. As busy as they were they still had management stop by each table and check to see if everything was going well. Just love this place

   Your hostess was pleasant and engaging. Beyond that, the service was horrible. We were seated and not until twelve minutes were we able to give our drink order. Twelve minutes later, the non- alcoholic beverages were delivered. About another ten minutes later, the glass of wine was delivered. Our food was delivered twenty minutes after we ordered it; the industry standard is twelve minutes. After we finished our food, our waiter offered to refill our drinks. We waited for fifteen minutes for the drinks, and then the drink order was incorrect. We waited for about twenty minutes for our bill, and finally asked another waiter to see whether he could ask our waiter to bring us or check. Another ten minutes later, we got our bill. I had planned to pay with my credit card, but - at my inconvenience - paid cash because I didn't want to wait another twenty minutes for your staff to process my credit card. Your managers conducted table touches all around us, but didn't have the courtesy to see what we needed or wanted. I don't understand why you can't bring in enough staff for special occasions. You took what should have been a fun event for us and made it a time of frustration. You obviously needed more staff in both the front and the back of the house. For the prices you charge, this experience fell very short of the minimumof my expectations. Some preplanning would have obviated this. I can't see why I would come back to the Chop House.

   Food and atmosphere at the Cup House are amazing! Price was extremely reasonable and our waiter John was the best. We’ll be back! ❤️

   Had a reservation for 11:30 am. Still had to wait 25 minutes before being seated. Food was decent. Pork chops were not hot just like warm. Server was exceptional considering how busy she was.

   Our server Hali G. was incredible. Great knowledge and wonderful suggestions on the menu. Food was timed perfectly and prepared excellently.

   We had an unusually poor experience on Friday night. Food and service were both unacceptable. Our waitress disappeared most of the night and never brought our wine. My wife’s swordfish was tasteless and even our cat would not eat it. My NY Strip came out three bites into my salad and I was halfway finished with it before our waitress came back and asked if we needed anything. We decided to forego the wine and take boxes home. My salad was the best part of the meal and it had a small piece of plastic in it. Oh well. They will do better next time.
