Join us Saturday & Sunday, November 29 - December 22th and December 24th from 8 - 10:00 AM for Breakfast With Santa! Adults (12+) $34.95, Kids (3-11) $22.95, children 2 and under are free. Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Reservations required. This place is very cool to look at. The Ferris wheel appetizer, the tables that resemble rides, the view of the park and the themes signature cocktails. However, the service was very slow. 15 minutes to get our drinks, 30 for our food. Add that to eating and a few refills, we were there for an hour and a half. The drinks were good, but not amazing. The watermelon jolly rancher margarita was the favorite. The chocolate infused BBQ sauce was a little grainy, but not awful. Pulled pork and burger were good but again not great. Fun concept, but underwhelming.

Our server Dakota was fantastic The food on the other hand was way too expensive for what you got and for the selection I understand it's a convenient location and it's a higher end dining compared to a food court type option. I just thought more affordable for the taste and options would have been better.

Service was at a good pace. Server, Taylor was friendly and attentive. Food was good. Drinks are pricey.

Overall we had a great meal like usual. Our server was absolutely wonderful. The food was pretty good- though I miss some of their seasonal menu changes that they used to do. One concern is a new (to us?) parking policy for anyone who is just visiting Chocolate World and maybe eating here. 0-3 hours is free, but anything over 3 hours- even 3:01 will cost you $60 to park. We typically will just do Chocolate World and grab dinner at The Chocolatier. We were cutting it close on that 3 hour mark so we had to rush the end of our meal and skip dessert since we had done Chocolate World and done some shopping downstairs first. Just advice for anyone just going here for a meal- plan accordingly.

Look. People love to LOVE or HATE this place. It’s an experience. It’s convenient if you want a sit down meal and are going into Hershey park. The atmosphere is themed and fun. Really good drinks for adults and creative mock tails for kids ($7). The servers are great but the food takes forever to come out. We visited at a not busy time and our food took 40 mins from the time we ordered, they didn’t bring the salads ahead of the main meal and our biggest issue was that our kids meals (two chicken fingers with fries) weren’t ready when they brought the adult meals out. The kids ended up waiting another 5+ minutes for their food. So that was pretty annoying. Pic of my chicken sandwich, I don’t like onion but had to laugh at the onion they put on (I didn’t ask for it without, my husband usually just eats it instead!) The prices are amusement park prices, so they are high given the menu. Some unique offerings/options. The food is good. Not great, but also nothing to complain about.

Lots of seating of all different varieties, friendly attentive employees, great views, very clean restaurant and very clean bathrooms. The food was very good and fairly priced. Very affordable and a great value
