Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Adrienne, our server, made our very special day even more special by being a fantastic server. She was personable, professional, friendly, and added to our experience with some great recommendations! We’ll definitely ask for her every time we come in!

The price is too high for an average restaurant. Charging high prices for a regular steak place. Not high end, very casual, not we expected for a high end steak place. Saw people in shorts and very casual. Look like a Texas Rodehouese with extremely high prices. Not worth going there again!

We always enjoy CG and are super happy we have the southlake location available. Our server was Alex and he is a pro, does great job. Food overall was excellent only one little detail was disappointing and that was the toast that accompanied the burrata. It was basically cold from like the fridge and whatever the opposite of toasty is. All other good was excellent and yummy.

It was our second time going since the opening and we felt like the quality went down a bit already. The bar area is great. Great drinks, service and ambiance. The quality of the main restaurant went down a bit. We ordered the small sea food tower for appetizer and the lobster was almost tasteless. My husband had a filet and there was no flavor. I took the sea bass which was dry and a bit overcooked. Service was great though. We were very disappointed because we were quite pleased when we went the first time in June.

Alex D. Was out server and everything was great. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The water lady Martha always works very hard to make sure everyone is happy.

We were celebrating a birthday and they had the tablw set with a birthday card and confetti. The special touches were so fun. Of course food amd service was 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Delicious meal! Our steaks were prepared perfectly and our server was fabulous. Although on the pricey side it was high quality and everything was first class . High recommend.
