Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Outstanding restaurant from the decor to the service and especially the food. It’s also one of the only restaurants in town with a separate Vegetarian and Vegan menu. All the appetizers, entrees are incredible on this menu. Wow!

    Fabulous experience especially when celebrating a special event. Food spectacular service superb. Our server CeCe was attentive but not obtrusive. Complimentary champagne crème brûlée dessert and sweet card. Bob had the tenderloin with lobster tail and I had chef special filet mignon beef medalions. A must try!

    Outstanding service & meal! The filet mignon was cooked perfectly & was the best piece of meat I ever had. Mock cocktail w passion fruit was divine. The waiter was fabulous & the experience was wonderful! Thank you!

    Thank you for making our daughter feel so special as we celebrated FGCU graduation. All the little details from graduation confetti and a card! Our dinner was amazing and our waiter was a lot of fun!! We look forward to celebrating again at Capital Grill!
