Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Service was great. Great waiter. Great chef. The food was good, but not great. Capital Grille at Tysons had better food. Price is high for what you get. Limited menu for lunch

    Alexandra waited on us and she was excellent. The restaurant was cold so she brought my mom a pashmina. Food was wonderful- the steaks were cooked absolutely perfectly.

    My husband and I selected The Capital Grille for Mother’s Day. The service was excellent, and it was a nice gesture to give the ladies a rose and a small gift box with a candle and 2 chocolates. The food was hot and cooked well, however it could have used more seasoning and the salad could have been fresher for the money that we spent. Overall, a good dining experience.

    Food was excellent. Servers seemed to be overwhelmed with the Mother's Day crowd. While service was a bit slow, it was fine since we were looking for a slow paced meal given the event.

    The food was delicious as usual. Our server Trevor was wonderful. He was thoughtful and took the time to listen and execute above and beyond what was asked. The New England Clam Chowder was delicious and the steaks are always cooked to perfection. If you have not tried their Signature Cheesecake you are missing a treat. If you don’t like cheesecake you will after you try theirs.
