Very enjoyable lunch venue and stunning location on beach front. Food and service was of a high standard.

The food was excellent, the ambiance of the room could be better, too many hard surfaces but the only real criticism was the service was less attentive than needed, never got asked during our dining if more drinks were required.

Better than I remembered! Entree (bread with tomato and mozzarella) was shared between two and was lovely, more than enough for two. Mains were fried fisherman's basket and crispy skinned barramundi. Both very generous serves and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. The view was lovely! A table inside, overlooking the ocean, was perfect. Recommended!

Meal took 30 minutes to be brought out to us! Very disappointing!! View is great. But not when you are hungry and looking at everyone else getting served

There for my daughter's Bday - simple, quick, crispy seafood w. del chippies, flawless, Except that staff forgot to take our orders for a while. Very classy, almost retro. Back to basics.

Friendly approachable helpful considerate staff, spectacular location, great selection of meals and drinks. Clean and fresh utensils, cups and plates. Good quality paper napkins. The paper menu could have been in better condition (not annoying just only slightly negative thing I saw) clean bathroom and a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. Thank you 😊

A meal at the Blue Duck is always enjoyable. We will be back there again within the week!

I went on a Thursday for lunch and had a table right on the edge of the deck overlooking the sea. The breeze was lovely and so was Blue Duck. Service staff were friendly and attentive. The cuttlefish salad was yummy. Will definitely go back again, maybe for dinner to watch the sun set over the water.

Waited 5 mins to be greeted on arrival. Asked for water which didn’t arrive for ages. Waitress threw the dessert menus down on our table as she passed. Staff didn’t seem to be very well versed in till operation on departure. Lovely view and food was OK.

THE SURF AND TURF SPECIAL DISH -WHILST TASTY WAS PRICED AT $60 WHICH IS ABOUT $10 TOO HIGH CONSIDERING THE CHEAP PRICE OF CRAYFISH AT THE MOMENT. ALL OTHER APECTS WERE GOOD [

The food and service were very good and the view is outstanding!

It was unfortunately noisy, despite not being very full and this made it difficult to conduct a conversation, although only four people. More padded surfaces needed!

Haven’t been here for a fair few years but have to say The Blue Duck has lost its charm. It now has the ambience and decor of a work canteen. Food was nice

We always love visiting the Blue Duck. It has an excellent atmosphere whether quiet or super busy and the view is to die for. The staff are attentive and our favourite thing is when dining as a group our food always arrives at the same time.

Lovely venue, great balcony to enjoy a sunset and great food. A few minor complaints - chips were served stone cold and the toilets are in bad need of a refresh as they are worn and tired and really detract from the restaurant. The door to go into the ladies is filthy with marks!
Staff were friendly and helpful and attentive without being annoying.
Definitely a great place to dine when visiting Cottesloe and Ocean Beach.

Wonderful venue, mesmerising scenery watching the waves roll in. The foot was very good with a nice selection. However trying to get the attention of the staff at times could be improved.

Chose venue based on location and menu as shown online, however menu offered was very different. Food was acceptable but ambience is poor as not clean windows and terrible toilets.

Have been a fan of the blue duck for ages and excited to finally get there. Didn't disappoint. The bubbles were beautifully cold, the food was very good and the staff excellent. The venue was great and everything I'd imagined.. you have to go if in Cottesloe..
