At Ocean House, our classic American Bistro menu invites guests and visitors to enjoy casual, seasonally inspired dishes. Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner in The Bistro, Bar and Lounge, and in the members-only Club Room and Club Terrace, the Bistro menu offers traditional brasserie fare with a New England flavor. Begin your morning with inspired breakfast classics, fresh pastries or a colorful spread inspired by the season’s bounty. For lunch and dinner, a selection of starters and entrees are simply prepared and presented, with an emphasis on fresh local meats and sustainable seafood.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $5 per person cancellation fee.

Join us in the Bistro for a wonderful Thanksgiving's Day meal. We present to you a Prix Fixe menu, where you will have a selection for both appetizer and entree courses. Following entrees, a plated dessert will be presented to the table. A sommelier's beverage selection menu will be available as well as our wine list. A $25 per chair non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied towards your final check; a deposit is due for guests of all ages. Adults $95 & Children aged 4-12 $45. Children aged 3 and under are complimentary but should be included in your party size at time of booking.

Love to take a special friend to the Ocean House to experience the charm and warmth of the hotel. We went for lunch and she absolutely enjoyed herself. She said she would like to come back when she returns for a visit next year.

Unmatchable experience to be remembered forever. A feeling of exuberance overcomes you when you walk into the House. The dark wood walls and grand fireplaces is a look of opulence that can’t be topped.

We enjoyed a Labor Day weekend brunch and throughly enjoyed our experience. The valet, concierge, and hostess were welcoming and our waitress was kind, accommodating, and treated us like a long term friend. Seafood was Fred’s, menus filled with good choices and food was prepared with care and most delicious. Manager came by to check on us which was appreciated but no complaints from us. We look forward to returning. Many thanks to the staff for a memorable way to end the summer.

The service is wonderful. They were able to accommodate an off menu item and it was quite superb. All the food is very good. Special note of thanks to Trevor the food and beverage manager he was very kind and gracious visiting our table several times to check on us and definitely made our experience very relaxing. We will definitely be back.

A wine list was not given. The waiter showed up in 1h after were seated and asked what we wanted to drink. Waited another ~10 min. Ordered 2 glasses of wine (it was 3 of us). The waiter brought 3. We sent 1 glass back. Ordered grilled salmon medium/rare. It came charcoal black. The chief was called and insisted that it was cooked properly. However, if we want, he could do another one. It was already late, and we were extremely hungry and was not sure the next one would be cooked better. Asked for check and received the wrong one. Called the waiter and he brought our check, however instead of 2 glasses of wine we were charged for 3. Again, called the waiter. Finally, the check was fixed.

As a special treat we took my 88 year old father-in-law for lunch at Ocean House. I had delicious tomato soup with a Cobb salad which had lobster and delicious salad dressing. My husband had a roast beef sandwich which was obviously made with slices of roasted meat NOT deli meat. He loved it. His dad enjoyed a clam chowder. My cocktails were both unique and wonderful. Overall we always love the views and ambiance of the Ocean House.

From the food and beverage manager, Mark S. to all of the wait staff, it's a performance to watch them work. Bringing out the app's, entries and desserts in a rhythmic waltz.
