TGI FRIDAYS - Winchester

The food was great. However it was SO COLD in there. Even my husband was cold and he is never bothered by a cold restaurant. Could not wait to get outside!!!

Extremely accommodating for last minute. Waitress didn't break stride with all that was thrown at her.

They didnt honor their agreement for reserved table. We walked out after waiting for 45 minutes with a confirmed table agreement for 7. I wont be back.

I would recommend them.
My issue was that the open table reservation did not go through and my party had to wait because they did not know we were coming.

Their hamburgers were excellent, cooked as requested! Service was attentive and professional. ThankU

My boyfriend and I had a tradition every month with their endless apps and they continued to raise the prices and shorten the menu. We almost left the restaurant last time because the endless apps menu is basically out at this point. We will no longer be coming to this restaurant. I chose to order from the normal menu since I was informed of the outrageous price and menu changes and my avacado turkey blt didn’t come out with avacado, the turkey was Walmart lunch meat, and the bread was dry- all for $12. A waste of my money and time; I could’ve gone and wish we would’ve gone anywhere else. Next time we will. I also each and every time put a reservation in days a head of time and request a booth and have never once been seated in one. We are always in a loud table area crammed with families. This place may be for some people but it is not for me or my boyfriend. McDonalds would have sutted us better. At least they are consistent and adjust to our requests.

Food was luke warm to cold. Felt rushed, table was by wall- host kept walking between my chair & wall hitting chair every time.

The servers were very nice and friendly. The food was good as usual.

The best part of waking up, is Winchester in your cup.
