    Sprout offered an extensive menu with lots of choice and options for breakfast or brunch. Very pleasant lunchtime dining experience in nice surroundings. Outside area for summer. Very good prices too. Will go back.

    Excellent service and the food is gorgeous. Table of four. 3 of us had soup and toastie. Very filling and a beautiful sweet potato and paprika soup. Very enjoyable in the sprout and the staff go above and beyond .

    The food here is always good, and I love that you can choose from lunch or brunch so there is an excellent choice. We would never have got a table without booking and we saw several people being turned away. My only criticism would be the level of noise because it is so busy.

    Excellent choice of quality food. Always something different. Lovely fresh leaf tea and tasty coffee. Well worth booking for breakfast or lunch.

    Food was fantastic, perfect hidden gem. Make sure you pre book as it is a very popular eaterie.

    The environment is lovely although very noisy so my husband who has hearing aids struggled with the conversation. Options for vegetarians are very limited and my husband had fish which was overcooked and dry. We felt it was expensive for what we received although the cauliflower cheese was lovely. Probably won’t bother going again but not a terrible experience just disappointing.

    I have visited the Sprout Kitchen twice now, each time with my elderly mother. Overall the quality of food is good and the value competitive. My latest visit was a bit annoying as we were located with the very young children in what was clearly thought to be the ‘loud kids and old people’ section. This was annoying when trying to have a relaxed and quiet breakfast. Very patronising. I would recommend visiting but be choosy about where you sit and keep an eye out for your drinks as the service was slow and the drinks at risk of going cold before being delivered.
