Shout out to Day!!! She was our waitress , she was friendly and made great recommendations to us!!! Drinks, food and vibes were good!

Absolutely amazing, excellent food and service, truly amazing atmosphere and live music. It far exceeded my expectations in every area. I’m looking forward to visiting again in the near future. My only issue was that this was my first visit but the GPS took us to the wrong location and it took me a while to find the right location, you may want to look into that directions take you to a Carb spot.

When I went, it was the first week of them being open, so hopefully it was jitters, and them getting the business off the ground. A waiter did not come to my table until fifteen minutes after we arrived.We didn't get our drinks until thirty minutes after we arrived, and then we got the wrong drinks.. When we ordered a second round of drinks, my drink was delivered 20 minutes later and my husband's was never delivered.Finally, we went to the bar and they told us they were out of the drink he asked for. Salmon was overcooked and un seasoned. Oxtails were Amazing...

It was great the food was amazing but it took my server forever to come back to check on us , but everything else was a 10.

Arrived for reservation -several parties waiting. One had reservation 15 minutes before mine. I overhear a lady from one waiting party ask about being seated. The hostess advised that she didn’t want to seat her in a certain area because the seats aren’t ready / she didn’t want to mess up her clothes. After a 30 minute wait hostess tells us we’re about to be seated. The couple who had a reservation before mine asked about their table /hostess told him that the table for four came available before the table for two (huh?). Hostess had two piles of menus near her. One dirty stack and another that she’d wiped down. The gentleman who is showing us to our seat grabbed four menus from the dirty stack and I asked if we could get clean menus. The hostess jumped in to the conversation “maam we got this- I already wiped down the menus” pointing to the clean pile. I responded “yes ma’am and the menus in his hands came from the other pile. She responds “oh” and gives him four clean menus. We are then seated. 16 minutes later we flag down an employee and ask for water. When we requested straws he directs to the straws in his apron. My daughter refuses to grab them from his apron. He then puts four on the table, a couple of which had a wet/deteriorated paper wrapping due to proximity to the employees cleaning cloth so we requested replacements. 38 minutes later we flag down another gentleman to ask if he knew who our server was so he went and got someone & the server came over apologized said he didn’t realize we hadn’t been helped. He was quite friendly however, when our food came, we had been seated in 1 hour 45 minutes And my daughter hadn’t gotten all of her food…only her sides so we called the server and they corrected it - by that time we were just tired and frustrated and we paid our bill. We go to leave and my daughter tells me that my backside is covered in a black residue. So it appears that we were seated in the section where the seats “weren’t ready” SMH

The place was nicely set up, the staff was friendly. Unfortunately it took a while to get even the appetizers as it was busy. If you didn't have a reservation you were not going to be able to eat there unless it's take out. The food took a while to come out and for some of us it was warm. The food tasted great and would have been worth the price if the service was better.
