Soto’s Cantina is an award-winning Mexican restaurant proudly serving the Houston, Cypress, Jersey Village, and Spring, TX communities. Good overall experience. Gets packed especially on Friday’s/weekends. Fajitas are your best bet and margaritas are spot on. Will be a spot I go to often now.

Soto's Cantina offers a comfortable atmosphere, delectable entrées, and excellent service. The friendly and attentive personnel greatly improve the whole dining experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it an excellent choice for a supper with family and friends. However, there is limited versatility with seafood options among the taco, burrito, and quesadilla options, which would further diversity the dining experience. Despite this little wish, the general view is that Soto's Cantina excels at creating a memorable dining experience with its outstanding food, courteous service, and lovely setting.

The management is amazing. Mariachi was a bit loud inside but always good drinks.

After the mandatory 22% tip for party of 7 and an additional mandatory surcharge “so they don’t have to raise prices” we will rethink dining here again.

Way too loud to even have conversations. Asked them to turn it down and they did but some manager turned it back on again. Service was slow, food took forever and was cold. Probably wouldn't have been so bad if we could have heard ourselves talk and not lay attention to how long it was taking

The food was delicious. They had healthy options and fresh squeezed orange juice! Cute little place. Service was also great. Everyone was inviting and kind.

My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday. I wanted something casual but with character and good food and margaritas, and Soto’s Cantina delivered. The service was excellent. Super attentive, but not annoying. Plates were cleared quickly, chips replenished without asking, drinks refilled or asked about at perfect intervals. Server and runners, etc., were all friendly and accommodating. We both had Carne Asada. It was perfectly cooked, super flavorful and tender. Queso appetizer was creamy and delicious. The atmosphere has so much more classy character than most Mexican restaurants in Cypress. Everything was clean and well kept. The only minor complaint is that our table for 2 was a bit too close to a large party next to us. We moved it slightly, but it was also very close to the bar and the main traffic route for wait staff back and forth to the kitchen. They probably should just eliminate that table. It was great for watching a game, but a bit high traffic for a perfectly relaxing meal. This is a super minor complaint, as we really enjoyed our whole experience and will definitely be back.
