   Service was very good but food lacking for the price. Most items were simple salads and veggies. Noodles and rice had obviously been sitting in the steam table for a long time. The taste was okay but for the price there needs to be more options on the buffet.

   Restaurant Review: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) While the food selection showed some promise with a decent variety of options, it still felt like it was missing something—nothing particularly exciting or memorable. The real disappointment, however, was the pricing. For what you get, the cost is simply unjustifiable. Overall, it’s hard to recommend this place when there are better experiences to be had elsewhere for less.

   Celebrated mom's birthday. Enjoyed the buffet and the happy birthday cupcake they brought her. Cocktails were good. Nice to walk around the resort after dinner.

   We didn’t have a great experience here, the dessert was the best thing. The service was awful, and it definitely was not worth the price.

   I've eaten here before and the food was delicious. Tonight, not so much. I was very disappointed. Our waitress Bailey was awesome though.

   So this is a beautiful resort, but the Mother’s Day buffet really was lacking. The variety of food and desserts for 50+ dollars per person is as not very good and the main meats (I had ham) was dry, overcooked and I couldn’t eat it. I found a few sides that were good, but that was really about it. Plus the floors were sticky and for a dinner for two plus the automatic 20% tip that was added to the bill it came out to a total of $160 for a very sub par dinner. Super disappointed!!!Maybe dining off the menu would have been better than doing the buffet, because this was not worth $160 for the night.

   I recently had the pleasure of attending the Mother’s Day Dinner Buffet at Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery, located within Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were embraced by a warm, rustic farmhouse atmosphere. The buffet was a true Southern feast. The staff exemplified Southern hospitality, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and attended to. Our Mother’s Day celebration at Song & Hearth was a delightful experience that combined delectable Southern cuisine with impeccable service in a charming setting. It’s a must-visit for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a hearty Southern meal.

    We wanted to love it but just didn’t. We got the buffet. Everything was super dry or bland. The Mac and cheese was the best thing on the table unfortunately. We were disappointed to say the least especially when it was $163 before the tip for a family of 4.
