The Song & Hearth never disappoints! We enjoyed the scrumptious seafood buffet tonight. We cannot wait until the next time we dine there, as it is always delicious.

Tonight’s Thursday Night Italian-themed buffet was “molto delizioso!” Our server, Shannon, was excellent, and the restaurant’s decor and ambiance were delightful. The Best Family loves it and cannot wait to return for another wonderful dining experience!

Good selection and variety of main dishes, sides, salads, and deserts. Saturdays prime rib was delicious with a hearty piece sliced fresh with au jus and horseradish sauce offered as self serve accompaniments. Salmon was a bit dry likely as a result of sitting a bit too long. The cannolis were great though.

The food was good but the chicken was dry. There needs to be more salad dressing choices. Everything else was very good. Love the ambience. We thought it was a good deal the two for one but the regular price is too high.

The service was excellent and our waitress was so friendly and helpful. The fried chicken and pot roast was outstanding as was the broccoli cheese casserole. The only draw back was it was a bit pricey.

The Sunday breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing! The selections anre overwhelmingly delicious. I now wish I had tried the nightly buffets. Not only is the food great but the resort and restaurant is stunning. We will definitely return

My best advise is to make sure the restaurant is busy before thinking of attending. We recently stayed at the resort for a group event. We were very pleased with the resort. We had heard several good things before, about the restaurant so we waited until our last night to enjoy the Prime Rib buffet. We placed a reservation request online for 7pm. We arrived just before and realized that the restaurant was almost completely empty. We were greeted by a friendly staff and were seated. The buffet did not offer many choices - understandably when a buffet is empty during the dinner rush. The Pork loin was cold and crusty, the mashed potatoes were cold and stiff, the prime rib was cold, the sausage was cold and old. The chicken breast and macaroni were the only edible items on the buffet. I kindly asked our waitress if there was a way to order something on the menu because there was nothing that would be worth the whopping $40 per person price tag. She brought out the manager to me and asked me to share my concerns. I shared with her and was told she was going to get me a menu and check the food temps. 10 minutes later our waitress came by and asked what she could do - I told her I never received a menu and I needed more water. 10 more minutes passed when she brought the menu. I told her not worry about it and I would just like some water. 10 more minutes passed and my husband had to refill my water for the 1st time himself - He never received a single tea refill. The waitress was kind but very absent. She told me that she would speak to the manager about the bill since I was not able to eat. She then brought me a bill that had my meal listed as a kids meal, which brought it down to $17, my husbands still at $40. After a tip, our meal was $75 - for inedible food. I was very disappointed that the manager was unapologetic and did not seem to care at all about the quality and service the customers were receiving. On our way out, they were replacing the potatoes and pork.
