It was a perfect fall afternoon for sitting on the beautiful veranda for lunch. We sat for 3 hours!!! No one wanted to leave. Food was excellent and the service was perfect. Boy was it pricy though and we knew it would be--It's Bishops Lodge! So not a surprise but cha-ching. We will come back for happy hour.

We were surprised by how enjoyable our brunch at SkyFire was, based on other reviews we've read. The food was good to very good -- not remarkable, but it was just breakfast -- and the service was pleasant if a bit leisurely. On the other hand, we were having a meal with an out-of-town friend we hadn't seen for a while, so leisurely was perfectly appropriate. There were no extended wait times. The view and ambiance is extremely nice out on the patio, and even in less pleasant weather there are tables just inside, so in those circumstances it would also be good. Be forewarned about the number of steps to get to the restaurant, though, or pretty much anywhere on the property: there are lots. There ARE golf carts to take you places if that's what you need, but if you're ambulatory you should expect a lot of up and down. More so than any other place in Santa Fe. You get your Stairmaster free of charge!

Breakfast at SkyFire was excellent: the food was a nice manifestation of New Mexican influences, and the service was attentive and abundant. (Notwithstanding a number of earlier reviews challenging this.) First rate.

Brunch at Auberge Skyfire is really a PERFECT experience every time. The best breakfast cocktails you can get in Santa Fe, lovely for the eye whether inside or on the patio, their own brand of coffee that is always great, and the food is the best part of all: a home run. My favorite, the croissant French Toast with berries and cream. Service friendly and immediately available for anything you need. The music on Sunday mornings is an extra plus.

Everything was excellent. The noise level was low. The chef was creative and the results were excellent. The staff was attentive but not overly so. There was no rush. The prices were reasonable for what we got.

We had an incredible dining experience! The truffle bread was heavenly, the shishito peppers had the perfect kick, and the catch of the day was fresh and flavorful. The striploin wagyu was simply melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Highly recommend!
