Prepare to embark on an exciting journey at SKY, an intriguing new restaurant located at Topeka's Billard Airport. Chef Bobby Santacroce and Chris Stemler have prepared a menu celebrating the rich and love-filled flavors of the American South. From the smoked heat of Cajun rubs to the velvety richness of Creole sauces and dessert, each dish is an honest display, using fresh ingredients and respecting the traditions which have made the Cajun/Creole style so popular. Indulge in beloved staples such as jambalaya, soot covered tomahawks and blackened redfish. Enjoy the panoramic windows which offer a view of planes taking off and landing.

This was our first time at Sky and we were pleasantly surprised. The food on the buffet was good and there were many selections. The wait staff were attentive and the restaurant was bright and has a super view of the airport. We looked over their regular menus and it all looked yummy. And well priced. We'll be back.

We brought our steak loving friend to SKY. He was pleased! It was perfectly done and very tender. Chase was most helpful as we perused the extensive wine Menu. We have identified which wine we will get next time.

This was single handedly the worst dining experience I have had in my entire life. Despite advertising on Facebook they have a Sunday breakfast buffet AND menu, they only had the buffet. This buffet was akin to one you would see in a low rate hotel lobby that's free to the guests. Except this was not free. Eggs, bland. Biscuits dried out and tasteless. Gravy tasted canned. French toast was edible but no syrup or butter on buffet. Service was unavailable. Took three requests to get first coffee and refills only came after finding manager to complain that our food went cold waiting for syrup and butter. Best example I can give is think big breakfast meal from McDonalds for $16. Manager deducted 15%. She could have deducted 100% and I would have given the same review. I would like to hire their photographer because the ambience looked nothing like the photos on social media. I usually give a place a second chance but I seriously doubt I can do that for Sky. It was worse than fast food breakfasts I've had. And felt I was eating it in a conference hall.

We have been for dinner before (on opening night) service was slow but that was to be expected for night one. This time we went for Sunday brunch. The kitchen did a good job of getting food out quickly. The bottomless mimosas were so good and such a good deal! Highly recommend Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas! All you can eat and all you can drink for less than $30.

We had dinner with friends for the first time at SKY by Night and food was exceptional. The Cajun flair in the menu is just right- interesting but not over the top with spice. The noise level was very low so we could have great conversation without leaning in to hear each other and the unique location and view of the taxiing runway is really interesting and fun. Seeing the different kinds of smaller planes roll in while having dinner was an unexpected experience. Everyone loved what they ordered and the bartender came over to our table to offer his expertise in choosing drinks (and he chose well). The server was attentive and really great.

You should try the steak tacos or the chicken tacos. They are both delicious.
