Recomendable
Superb squid ink pasta, perfectly Al dente.
Outstanding Italian Restaurant, offering delicious food in a lovely ambience and at a great value.
I ordered seafood black pasta. It was yummy. Keep up the good work.
Super convenient to our hotel. Atmosphere was quiet and subdued. Not too loud. Service was awesome as was the water guy who had our glassed filled. Wine selection is good and some mid priced wines that won’t break the bank. Food was great. I had the Osobosco and it was delicious. Not overcooked, with meat falling off the bone. 2 guests had the seafood stew and they loved it. The others had pasta dishes and they were all raving about how good the food was. Didn’t have desserts but will on next trip. If you’re in WDC and looking for a value/medium priced restaurant would highly recommend.
One of my favorite lunch places. Great food. I had the delicious butternut squash ravioli. Also, the service is outstanding! Thank you!!
My friend and I split an app and an entree, they came to us on individual plates making it easy. The food was excellent, as always. We sat outside as it was a nice, sunny day in DC. Service was excellent.
Food was good but a little pricey for what we got. It can definitely get loud if there are bigger parties but overall a decent Italian restaurant.
An evening with excellent food, great service and a low noise level. Marina the manager was so attentive. Thank you, Marina And the staff.
The waitstaffs were helpful and professional. The squid ink tagliatelle with seafood was delicious and the bunet was to die for.
Social distancing was observed.
This is my new favorite restaurant in the city. The food was fantastic! The waitstaff were genuinely welcoming, efficient, and polite. Their service was truly delightful. For anyone looking to dine in Downtown DC and enjoy high quality food and wine at reasonable prices, Siroc is a must experience! Can’t wait to return!
Friendly service, good wine list and affordable prices. Food was just OK, but overall lacked the richness of flavor one expects from high-end Italian cuisine.
Favorite restaurant in DC!
Top of the line. Great service, great chef!
Kale Cesar salad could be an entree, but the meat lasagna was so worth having as well.
Great job as always.
Great food. The ravioli was so delicate and beautiful. The osso bucco melted in your mouth. Nice intimate setting and wonderfully staffed.
This is my favorite restaurant in Washington. Reliably delicious food, elegantly presented at modest prices. Very friendly staff and a lovely decor. A wonderful place for lunch or dinner, inside or outside.
A pedestrian evening! The food was delicious, the service and timing were impeccable and we will definitely return.
We went to Siroc to celebrate a birthday and it happened to be a Saturday night when they were quite busy and short-staffed (a situation more restaurants are facing these days). Despite the energetic efforts of the entire staff to take care of everyone, it took longer than expected to get our meal. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Our waitress was very friendly and apologetic about the situation. I hope to dine here again when they're fully staffed.
Siroc is a charming little restaurant near Franklin Park with both inside and outside seating. The food is very good, and the ambiance is lovely. It was perfect for a quiet lunch with a friend. We arrived for a late lunch and stayed long, but never felt unwelcome or rushed to leave. Service was impeccable.
We dined in Siroc last night. Upon arrival we were greated by Mehdi, one of the owners. We had a wonderful meal, Ossobuco and Branzino was out of this world, we had homemade Burata mozzarella with sweet and sour eggplant for an appatizer, which was my favourite, for the dessert homade Tiramisu sealed the deal. It was a perfect evening, service was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go there again.
We were a tired tourist family and loved the food and service. Would love to return!
The absolute best Italian food! I've waited 2 years for the Osso Boco was worth the wait. The service did not miss a beat and they were crowded! A WONDERFUL TIME!
Possibly the worst dinner I’ve ever had. It was the only restaurant that had open tables that could be reserved for any time of the night. We should have seen that red flag.
We ate outside, so noise level was obviously higher
Was always a favorite when we lived in DC. Happy it’s just as good as ever.
Just gets better!
Lamb sausages were full of flavor. Chili spaghetti was exceptional.
Service is always top quality.
Dinner with the family went amazing—restaurant was not crowded, menu had perfect options, and everything tasted amazing! Staff was attentive and friendly! I’d highly recommend to anyone who likes Italian food.
This place has the best fettuccine I have ever had. The pasta sauce was so good. The room is beautifully decorated and the service is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant.
A favorite. Great food, great service, all in an relaxing intimate downtown setting.
Super friendly and helpful staff, fast service with high quality food!
Whether for a special occasion or just a weeknight treat, Siroc is always dependably delicious and has the loveliest servers and host. It’s where we always take out of town guests.
Delightful dinner. Wonderful service. Excellent food. Romantic setting.
Great homemade food.
The menu and service are top notch at this place. We shared an unusual and delicious appetizer Fried Eggplant topped with Tomato Chutney • Black Olives • Mozzarella • Basil Aioli. Also enjoyed: Branzino Filet. Sauteed Snow Peas • Cauliflower Puree • Sauteed Local Shiitake Mushrooms. This description doesn't do justice to the delicious sauce that the snow peas and mushrooms were in. Squid Ink Tagliatelle with Seafood--Black Pasta • Lobster • Shrimp • Squid • Lobster - Tomato Sauce • Basil.
Amazing. Their bread is top notch also. The server did a great job of checking in with us (we didn't order for a really long time) without being obtrusive and took with good humor our failures to look at the menu. Too busy getting caught up. Price wise I would say Siroc is moderate by DC standards, given the quality. Has a large outdoor area set pretty far back from the street. Inside the tables are well spaced for easy conversation. I really recommend this nice restaurant.
Hostess and server were very attentive. My lamb chops were cooked perfectly and delicious, and my husband enjoyed his lasagna. Would have preferred to have a side vegetable with my meal instead of ala carte. Was surprised with a almond cake dessert to celebrate our 39th anniversary--nice gesture! Beautiful decor as well.
From start to finish every plate was simply divine! Shared the burrata, fettuccine bolognese and osso buco with my husband. We both agree that this meal amd service was fantastic!
