We were there for a meeting so in 3 nights we ate here 5 times, three breakfasts and dinner twice. Not inexpensive but it's a beautiful hotel and setting. This restaurant had great staff that was very child friendly. Their windows overlook the hotel, pool, surrounding hills and valley. It could be a bit noisy when groups came for dinner later in the evening. Go earlier! I tried the breakfast tamale, veggie omelet and french toast with real maple syrup. By far the tamale was my favorite! For dinners we had the Pomegranate glazed salmon over Mexican succotash medley. Nice dish but not my favorite, that would be the Pear Endive salad with added grilled salmon on the side. BEST MENU ITEM we had. I ordered this salad again the second night! Perfect combination. We also had the AHI Tostada appetizer. Wonderful with 2 nice sized tostadas. Strawberry & Prickly Pear Jam with Biscuits. Wonderful Jam. For Desserts we loved, loved the Churros Beignets. There were 6 or more large donuts (no hole) and coated in so much crusty cinnamon sugar it makes a huge mess. Worth every bit of the mess. This is easily shared with 4 other people. (take them home for left overs the next morning) We also had the Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee. Loved it as well. FYI: We had one other dinner next door at Passaggio and service was so slow they compted our dinner entrees.

Food was good but not great. Server was excellent. Wasn’t very busy on Christmas Eve, so the noise level was quiet. Generally a good experience. We enjoyed the Christmas decorations on the hotel grounds and the full sized gingerbread house in the hotel lobby.

Food was very good despite a very limited menu. Service was OK. Not bad, Not good. Just OK. Value for the money was not good. Very expensive. I will not return.

We’ve been enjoying Thanksgiving at the Signature Grill since 2009 on the recommendation of our builder. We’ve only missed 2 years while visiting family in the East. While the meal is still lovely, delicious and with choices aplenty, we miss some of the items which made the experience more elevated (namely crab claws). However, my husband’s favorite shrimp and my favorite baby green salad with glazed pears, nuts and berries were perfect as always in this particular iteration. Turkey and Prime Rib were great as always. We understand that costs prohibit providing some of the high quality niceties for the same price, of course. However, we feel that an equally elevated experience might be had for not quite as steep of a cost. This all said, we did thoroughly love our traditional Thanksgiving with just the two of us as we dined and watched families frolic in the lazy river from our window table- ironically, the same table we have had each time except when we’ve brought guests!
