Our meal was outstanding! Every course had so much flavour and couldn’t be faulted. Would highly recommend the Signature Experience

The food was exquisite. What really made the night though was the service from Mia. She really made the night special and was polite, professional and candid which made my friend and I feel incredibly accepted.
Only regret was not asking for her number before we left, but that gives me an excuse to dine there again.

Outstanding experience at The Signature restaurant. The food was beyond compare and the wine list was exceptional. Fabulous staff who were attentive to every need, in particular, Taylah, Mia, Naru, Jacob and Ernesto. Thanks to Skye also for attending to our needs and ensuring a magical dining affair.

We ordered the 3 course dinner with locally paired wines - it was wonderful. The swordfish entree was delicious, as was the confit duck for the main. Finishing with the chocolate cardamom mousse, very tasty. Presentation and service was exceptional, definitely a memorable dining experience!

Food was absolutely stunning, and loved the choice of either 2 or 3 courses, or a whole tasting menu (which we will do next time) wine was fabulous and Service outstanding. Cant fault any of it. Thank you we will be back and looking forward to it :)

Servers lacked polish , had to request predinner drinks before meal order was taken , limited set menu but some items not available . First two selected wines were not available , meals were well presented but bland . Over all service was ordinary , tables either side had similar experiences . Disappointing considering all other aspects of the hotel were very good !

Highly recommended and we will definitely be back again. The service is exceptional, all staff made us feel like royalty, couldn’t fault them. This is our second visit - dessert was fabulous last year, but with the menu change this year dessert was not on par with the rest of the meal. We did the $99 Signature Experience - highly recommended. Dietary requirements were well catered for - one Coeliac and two gluten free. We will be back!!

Only issue was I felt once they got busy our remaining meals were a little slow. But nothing bad.

My experience was spectacular. The service was prompt and accommodating given I forgot to mention I was pregnant and after I mentioned it every meal was considered accordingly.
We ordered the 3 course set menu and still received an extra muse bouche and homemade bread.

Signatures doesn’t disappoint, food is spectacular as is the venue and service. 10/10 every time.

Exceptionally good food, service was excellent. Didn’t leave enough time between coarses and restaurant was lacking a little ambiance but overall a wonderful night. Will definitely be back next time staying at the Emporium.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the Boxing Day special menu. We’ve been twice before and both times Signiture experience menu was v good. This time there was no choice given and menu not up to par compared to previous times.

Very innovative food. Very enjoyable. The two lady wait staff were excellent. They had a mid-room table of 15 of Stockland employees, another table of 3, another of 2 and another of 3 (or was it 4?). Maybe one additional wait staff would have assisted.
