Disappointing to disgusting. Very poor service - assigned despite booking the worse possible table. Table was oily and the floor slippery. The served meat was not freshly grilled - temperature well below grilling levels. Entree tasted only after garlic and nothing else. Bread was way too soft - chewing gum style.

Poor hygiene, besides floor and table one of the male waiter (owner - manager?) moved my drinking glass while all his 5 fingers were touching the glass lip.

I have doubts that the restaurant is run by Iranians - but not up to me to judge it.

Only positive the younger female waitress - south Indian subcontinent? - polite, friendly and trying hard to compensate the rest of the disaster.

The food was delicious, and extremely generous servings (we took some leftovers with us). The staff were very friendly and efficient, and always checking to make sure everything was to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend Shiraz as somewhere different to dine, a good taste of another culture.

Beautiful meal, very large portion sizes. We had dips and olives for starters and then could only have a few mouthfuls of the main course. Got a doggy bag for leftovers. Very enjoyable experience howbeit we were on the footpath and the weather was a bit drizzly. Toilets are a long away away in car park behind and you have to remember a five digit numeric and alphabetic code. Almost forgot the code and that would have been very embarrassing. Recommend they have a written code for the toilets.
Overall loved the food, restaurant very busy and a bit crowded.

Good was pretty tasty. Be hungry, that's my advice, the portions are almost too much. Both my wife and I left food, not because of taste, because of size. Different food. So it's good to go and try for sure.

Staff very friendly and service was excellent. Food was superb!! Baklava was the best I have ever eaten. Loved the decor. Restaurant was full of happy diners thoroughly enjoying themselves which added to the whole experience.

Booked for 8pm, we were taken to our table promptly, Water was placed on the table menus given. Service is so good and prompt we were happy with the service and the waitress.
Food was Delicious we will be returning.

This was the best food we have had in a very long time as we eat out a lot to find such quality is very rear and the quantity to match the quality a big 10/10 from us we went from oh wow to oh yum to oh amazing to oh incredible we found the pricing very good and have decided to make Shiraz our go to Restaurant how could we not after sampling their amazing food. We found the Restaurant very clean the service excellent if there was any little ? It would be the restroom it was around the back of the restaurant but I found it clean so that was good the parking was just a short walk from the restaurant so a big thumbs up there all in all the BEST 👍👌👍

So happy that my husband and I stumbled across this gem on our honeymoon! The service was quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. The staff were able to easily accommodate for my allergy, and the food was so incredibly delicious! The serving size was also huge so we had lots of yummy left overs to take away! We will definitely be coming back!

Very happy with our experience. Excellent and very fast service. I think our entree came out what seemed like only 5 minutes and the main came before we even finished the entree. food was delicious and well presented. Excellent value as we couldn't eat it all and ended up taking a container home. You will leave with a full belly of tasty satisfying food.

Only reason I marked down for ambience was due to condensation was dripping onto the table. But considering the humidity it couldn't be helped. My family and I ate from there 2 nights running. Both superb dinners!!!

Fantastically tasty food, really good service, super clean, wonderful staff. I highly recommend this restaurant. Would I come back? Yes, as soon as possible.
