   Hands down the best pizza around. I live in the New Haven CT area and this location (Wethersfield) has the same great flavor and consistency as the “original” Sally’s location. If you’re looking for great pizza and want to make a reservation that will guarantee you a seat (unlike having to wait in line for hours at New Haven location) this is the place! Well worth the trip!

   for the first time ever, we had the worse experience, we had the worse service ever on that place last Sunday. We always get the same waitress, that I wish I know her name, but I don't. This time we got a young man, who clearly was the last place he wanted to be. It make our experience so awful, he clearly did not want it to take care of us. Very disappointed when we like to go there. We are not sure we will be back. Mess up the order, mess up the drinks, and could not replace my pasta for a side of salad.

   Service and atmosphere is always enjoyable and amazing! Tried the new Angel Fire Pizza and it was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Haven’t had one bad experience with any of the dozen plus visits. Always look forward to going back!

   Great service but quality of food very poor - Sally’s has been a regular spot but no longer, too inconsistent and pricey for quality

   I love Sally's and have eaten here at least once a week since it's opening. I visited last night and they brought our starters and dinner at the same time. This happened once before. I made it a point on a previous visit that I wanted them to hold the dinner. Other times that wasn't required. I am not sure if it is the staff or the kitchen that creates this inconsistent experience. I recommend ordering your apps first and hold off on ordering dinner separately if this matters to you.

   Sally’s Apizza in Wethersfield is a gem! The pizza is absolutely top-notch—perfectly charred crust, fresh ingredients, and that classic New Haven flavor. The staff is friendly, the vibe is cozy, and it’s clear they’ve brought their A-game to this location. A must-try for any pizza lover in the area.

    I was deeply saddened by my experience today for my 4pm reservation. The Pizza order went in at 4:09PM as of 5:10PM still no pizza. We ordered 3 small pizzas. The waitress was wonderfully accommodating during all this time. At 5:10PM, I checked with the waitress again and she was very nice offering us free stuff, but we just wanted our pizzas. I checked where the pizzas orders were keep near where they make the pizzas, there were online orders, table orders, there has to 75 to 100 orders backed up. The pizza making staff was working out of control to keep up the demands. At that point the manager should have come to life halt all online orders, refuse people at the door to accommodate all the existing orders. I have been eating pizza at Sally’s on Wooster Street since a was 5 years old. I love Sally’s I think it’s the best pizza on earth! However sometimes excessive growth of business isn’t good if you can’t keep up with the demand.
