Saketome Sushi is a sushi bar known for its wide selection of seafood cuisine prepared from freshly caught fish. The restaurant has a quaint décor with spacious interiors and has artistic wallpapers on the walls with fish-shaped glass works all over the premises. It has a casual and inviting ambiance, while the noise levels are average, making it a nice place to have lunch and dinner with family and friends. The waiting staff is multilingual, and provides quick and professional service. The menu at Saketome Sushi is divided into several categories, including appetizers, sashimi/nigri, makimono and specialty rolls. Aside from the sushi, some of the customer favorites are uni naked, hamachi sashimi, California maki and ahi nigri. It has a full bar featuring a diverse range of drinks such as wine, sake, beer and cocktails. Saketome Sushi offers al fresco dining experience to customers who prefer to eat in fresh air.

    Our Experience started out a bit rocky but quickly got better. My husband called the restaurant around 6:30 asking about a wait time to get a table for two. The lady on the phone was pleasant and let us know there was no wait time. We jumped in the car shortly after arriving to the restaurant around 7:00pm. We walked in and asked for a table for two, the man at the desk said all tables are reserved and it will be a 45 Minute wait to be seated at the bar. We agreed to wait and sat down. This is when I pulled out my trusty OpenTable app which showed reservations available in 15 minutes all the way through closing for a party of two. I booked a reservation and had a table 15 minutes later. Pretty lame this man lied to my husband and I in only what I perceived as a desire for us to leave the restaurant. After we were seated at our table we had great service from our waitress. The menu is outstanding, so many unique rolls. We started off with the pork dumplings (steamed) which id highly recommend. Next we got three rolls of sushi. Typically my husband and I get 4 rolls at sushi restaurants but after seeing the size of these rolls we thought we better stick with just three and we couldn't even finish it all. They are long with about 10-12 pieces per roll. Super unique combos of ingredients with some of the options which I thought was so fun to try. Don't worry they have some basic/classic rolls as well. Overall I'd recommend this restaurant, just make a reservation first.

    Very friendly wait staff. Our waitress was exceptional and went out of her way to answer questions. Was happy to see that most of the fish was wild not farmed and that organic soy paste was used for Miso Soup. Not a Japanese person to be found behind the counter but yet the sushi was prepared well. A bit disappointed that the fish was warm on the Nigiri. Rice was prepared properly but the fish, though good quality, should have been cool. Seaweed salad fine. Miso Soup good. Sushi roll about what one would expect. Noodle Bowl subpar. If you have had exceptional sushi around the world as I have, I would rate this place 4 to 5 on a global standard. But good for Montana considering and I would return.

    Our table server was fantastic. However, the bartender was not. It took almost 30 minutes to get our drink order for a table of 2.

    Food and server were great! Did have to wait an extra 30 minutes after our reservation for the table though. Would go back again!

    Our first time visiting from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed everything we tried. My husband has Celiacs and they accommodated everything we ordered-amazing! Out server was also attentive and very knowledgeable. If we lived around here we would be regulars. Atmosphere was also unique and fairly upscale for a sushi place
