    The restaurant has a great ambiance. The staff was very nice and friendly. The food was bland. I don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer based on the food.

    I recommended Saints + Council to some friends and family after catching a show at The Alliance. I’d been here before but they were all eager to try it for the first time. After getting seated we waited for 11 minutes before someone came by the table asking if our server John had been there yet. We told her he had not and she said she would make sure he knew we were seated and that he’d be there shortly. 9 minutes later, we flagged down the same waitress who was surprised that John had still not greeted us. She said she would go tell him again. 7 minutes later, John finally arrived with waters going through his spiel (though with almost half an hour with the menu, we very much knew what we wanted to order already). A few of my guest made comments on how long we’d been waiting, and John gave a very short and terse apology and kept on with his spiel. An authentic apology/explanation could’ve gone a long way to turning around what was shaping up to be a bad experience. It would’ve at least made us feel that he cared. Once we ordered, and were into our dining experience John came by asking if he could box up any food for us while we were all still actively eating. It felt as if John wanted to cut his losses with us quickly so that he could get another turn on the table. I worked in the restaurant industry in Atlanta for almost 20 years, so I understand that everyone has a bad day once in awhile. It’s just unfortunate that the what could’ve been a great first experience for my guests, was tainted by John’s bad day. I’m sure management will likely bring this to John’s attention so to John: No hard feelings, but know that it’s never too late to flip a bad experience around. (Authentically) Taking accountability for any mistakes made and going above and beyond to make it right means the world to guests. Use those moments as an opportunity to really show your guest that you care and you’ll see how grateful they are in return.

    Had a casual lunch outside on the patio. The food was very good and the portions were huge. My braised short ribs were delicious. The bread pudding was out of this world. We had a friendly and attentive server. Discounted parking with validation of the ticket by the restaurant was available in the Colony Square garage. The restaurant is conveniently located a block south of the Woodruff Arts Center/High Museum. I will definitely return there.

    Our server was wonderful! The atmosphere is lovely and quiet enough to enjoy conversation at our table!

    The service was phenomenal. Helen was a terrific waitress who took great care of us during my husband’s birthday dinner. The food was absolutely outstanding! The bananas fosters bread pudding was to die for! This is the best bread pudding we have had since Coast Seafood and Raw Bar closed years ago. Thank you, Saints & Council! Thank you, Helen!!

    First time for bunch here but it was good as the dinner menu. Had the huevos in purgatory was fabulous and very filling

    Always a great experience! Food, Service , Cocktails all exceptional. Our favorite place before a performance at the Alliance Theater. Food continues to be consistent . Great midtown spot!

    We had a great time at brunch. Wait staff was very pleasant and friendly and we did not feel rushed. The food was delicious and the setting beautiful. Our booth felt very cozy and private—perfect for our family get together!

    Love the vibe and general aesthetic, but it seems that they're understaffed. Everyone who provided service was lovely, but it took a good while to get us seated - not because of a lack of open tables, but literally no one available to seat us. Burger was delicious, as was the crab dip, and the mushroom tartine was good. I could drink their cocktails all night, they're truly delicious.
