From sunrise to sunset, guests of Sage Lodge visit The Fireside Room to relax and enjoy food and drinks in a truly spectacular setting that is quintessentially Montana. A very comfortable combination of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces are situated against the stunning backdrop of the Paradise Valley and complemented by the comforting crackle of a wood-burning fire, a casual Montana restaurant experience. Reservations for dinner are required, and always welcomed for other meals. Please note, dinner reservations during summer months are in high demand. If available times are not appearing online, please search for dates that are further out, or join us for Breakfast, Lunch or at the bar.

This was my second time at the Fireside Grill and maybe my last. I took five friends to the grill for dinner and was embarrassed by the quality of the food. Our server was good but two of our meals were sent back because they were cold on arrival. Ultimately two of the six meals were removed from our bill because they could not be eaten. The kitchen, visible from the dinning area, was confused and lost several tickets during our visit. We watched as the chef took one of our meals and put it back on the grill bare handed. This restaurant is billed as an upper level dining experience, it is not… I was embarrassed by my recommendation to my party and will be taking them to the Montana Rib & Chop House next time. The view is not as good, but at least we can eat the food.

My go to lunch spot for guests visiting the Bozeman area. Drop dead views of Emigrant Peak and beautiful location. Service is always very good!

We love the Fireside Room. The food is always wonderful and the view is gorgeous. This is our go to place whenever we want a romantic dinner or have friends visiting the area.

The view and service was amazing, but 2 out of 3 of our dishes came out cold which was a bit disappointing considering the restaurant was not busy at all.

Service was exceptional! We were seated inside next to the window and views were amazing. The restaurant was very loud and hard to have a conversation around the table.

We have had delightful meals at Sage a number of times but last night was very disappointing. Our waiter was very pleasant and she was trying but they are completely understaffed. Took for ever to get our drinks and then food. Chicken was black and way overcooked. I have enjoyed it in the past but Sage needs some real help
