As regulars, our experience fell short of what we have come to expect-both in terms of service & food quality. We were there to celebrate a b-day. From the outset, the meal was marked by a series of missteps. We brought 2 bottles of wine, 1 of which held special significance as it was a 2005 vintage—the year my daughter was born. Typically, wine is opened upon being seated. Despite asking the server twice, he didn’t call the waiter to open it until nearly 30 minutes into the meal-after we had placed our order. This delay wouldn’t have been a big deal on its own, as we planned on being there for 2-3 hours… But that didn’t happen. One of the main reasons we choose Ruth's is to enjoy a relaxed meal, but that wasn’t the case. We ordered appetizers & entrees, expecting a well-paced service. Instead, our steaks arrived just minutes after the apps & salads had been served. The steaks were left sitting behind us, getting cold. Faced with the prospect of cold steaks, we made the decision to skip the apps & salads entirely and send them back. The real disappointment-was the quality of the steaks. My wife & I shared the ribeye, which is usually excellent. This cut was shockingly thin, about the thickness of my wife's pinky fingernail. It resembled what we get when when we order a breakfast steak at a diner. The steak lacked the signature crust that Ruth's Chris is known for, & the texture was reminiscent of a low-quality steakhouse. After a few bites, we both agreed it was inedible. When the waiter inspected the steak, he apologized, admitting that i t should have never left the kitchen in that condition. However, we were not offered a replacement—just a removal of the charge from the bill. 3 of my kids also had steaks-none had the crust that they usually do. Typically, when we dine at Ruth's Chris, we plan on spending a full 2 ½ to 3 hours enjoying everything from appetizers to dessert and after-dinner drinks. We did none of that last night because the meal was ruined.

Excellent as always! Service was a little slower than normal. I think our server had some other “larger” parties. Just seem like they were busy with others. We started with a couple glasses of wine from the bar and then ordered a bottle at the table. It took them a while to get our bottle to us and my wife’s glass was empty long enough for us to comment to each other about it. Still overall an excellent experience and will be back. The pairings are a wonderful way to keep cost in check. I’m not sure if it’s all Ruth’s Chris locations, but we like that they have Wine down Wednesday’s. Great value on bottles of wine.

We went there for our anniversary and had an amazing time! Our waitress such good care of us and even engaged in conversation and didn't rush us. It made for a great experience

Ruth’s pairings are a good value. Plenty of food that includes starter, entree, ,& side. Excellent food & service. This was our first time here, but we will be back!

Service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and his service was top notch. The food was pretty good. The mashed potato's came out cold along with the sweet potatoes. The Lobster Bisk wasn't as good as the last time I had it there. This was our 2nd visit, the 1st visit was a better experience with the food side of the experience. The steaks were good perfectly.

25 oz bone was not tender. It was charred properly, but overly salty. My wife's classic filet was perfect. They delivered a few rose petals to scatter on our table about halfway through the meal in honor of our anniversary. Kind of weird to do during the meal.
