   The food was amazingly delicious. The wine exquisite. Our server was exceedingly attentive. The ambiance was was disappointing. We were celebrating a special occasion, a birthday. We were seated in a room with two large tables of loud groups and a baby that was fussy. I felt like we were eating in a dining hall. We only dine at RC on special occasions. The cost was expected but the overall feeling was not that of a special occasion.

   2nd time visiting; this time for Mother’s Day. Another great experience. Everyone loved the food. Attentive, patient, and helpful service.

   It was such an honor and privilege to take my mom to a exquisite meal at Ruth chris!! The look on her face when she entered into the restaurant was enough for me to get my money's worth. She loved all the food. The ambience, the elegant meal. And the value of the food it is a meal that she will never forget!!!!! She was head over heels for the stuffed chicken breast and creamed spinach!!!!! One thing I would like to mention if you get a drink. It's not a free refill each time you get it. It's charged at full price. My mom and I got lemonades. We automatically thought that we would have to pay for it Of course, but did not know that there weren't free refills. So if you go here, just know that each time you get that drink, you're gonna pay full price..

   We love this restaurant and booked a reservation at 12:30 on Mother’s Day for our family of five. From the beginning, we could tell that the service was going to be slow, but knew the food was worth waiting for. After an hour and 20 minutes our sweet waitress, came to tell us that the kitchen was very backed up and that we still had four tickets in front of us. She brought us our fifth loaf of bread to help our boys pass the time. Almost two hours into our dinning experience our steaks finally showed up two were cooked perfectly and two were well done when asked for medium rare. We were all so hungry that we just started eating and it took a while for a waitress to come back around and ask if our steaks were cooked OK. We explained they were not cooked as ordered but it was fine. It is good quality meat and we all just started eating. She said our sides were on the way and she would correct the steaks. About 20 min later our potato sides finally came out and we were done eating our steaks. Then about 10 minutes later the new steak showed up and we asked that they just box them up and will take them home. In the end, the manager, Mark was extremely apologetic and comped us two desserts that we also took home. Good news is we have correctly cooked steaks for leftovers and the wait staff was extremely apologetic.  Clearly the staff was overwhelmed on Mother’s Day.  I wish I could give five stars, but this experience only deserves three.

   The upstairs patio was a great place to sit. Our server, Robb, was excellent! It did take a bit for the food but it gave us a chance to visit and we did not feel like we were being rushed out of there like in some restaurants. It was a wonderful Mother’s Day experience.

   We had reservations for mother's day at 1145. Ordered by 12:05 and server finally told us at 135 that he couldn't tell us how much longer it would take. Real disappointed.

   The hostess stand was staffed by people who seemed disinterested in their customers. Our server did everything he could to mitigate the horrific timing of the kitchen. He would be the only bright spot. He had to repeatedly apologize to us but to his credit, he didn't place blame anywhere. The food was average at best and the steaks were overdone. To say we overpaid for this experience would be an understatement. We will never be back for dinner again.

    The outdoor patio was a delightful place to enjoy dinner. Our food was delicious and our server was very attentive and very friendly.
