Overall a great experience, we celebrated a birthday. Appetizers came out fast, and were very tasty - stuffed mushrooms and scallops. We added shrimp to our steaks which was so yummy, and the lobster mac and cheese and honey bacon brussels sprouts were amazing. We ended up doing the tableside bananas foster for dessert, so classic! All in all a great experience, and our server Mark was very nice. The only opportunity for improvement was that my steak was a little over cooked to my personal liking, but it wasn't a big deal, still a very good meal!

The waitress was great. The supplementary waitstaff were not. The lobster bisque was less than satisfactory in temperature and taste based off part experiences. We had three appetizers, BBQ shrimp, calamari, and crab stuffed mushrooms. They were all less than satisfactory in temperature and taste. The steaks as usual were great but didn’t exactly match the temperature and color requests and I expect that from a top tier steakhouse.

Our server Mark was amazing and when I come back I will request him again! He made the night with his interaction with us and made the experience that much more pleasurable!

Sad to report that our service was really quite poor. Our waiter was working hard but could not keep up and no one else on the management or service team stepped in to help. We sat for 30+ minutes between courses with absolutely no attention. We understand the challenges of these times but were disappointed in the overall Ruth’s Chris experience.

We took my dad there for Easter dinner. The food was amazing as usual. Our waiter, Mark, did an awesome job! I really appreciated his attention to detail and overall knowledge of the menu choices.

I had a lovely experience, our server Sarah was amazing ! The food was delicious. I was completely satisfied with my visit and would recommend to anyone as well as return in the future.

Great food & drinks! Waiter was a little forgetful but provided adequate service. Loved the bathroom cleanliness, each bathroom was wiped down before and after use.

Always a good choice for good food, good time, and good price. My “Go 2” place for convenience...easy parking and no traffic.

Anniversary

Our Anniversary was wonderful and as always Ruth Chris was a part of our special occasion and worth it.

Everything was great except for our steaks. Either the waitress or the kitchen got the temp switched. I requested medium rare and got medium well-ish. My date requested medium and got medium rare.

Let’s just say customer service is not what you get when dining there. I guess they feel that they made a mistake with your order then you should just accept it. I can say when dining at upscale restaurants customer service should be at the top of list.

Even in the thick of the pandemic, R.C. found a way to deliver an enjoyable evening. We had such a positive experience from the reception area, to the table, and the restrooms (they were thoroughly cleaned after single use. Shows the manager takes cleanliness to a whole new level of preventive measures for infectious diseases) were all perfectly maintained. The staff there takes incredible pride in what they do. I look forward to future visits for dinner. Barry, our server, was terrific! Polite, prompt, and persuasive.

A special dinner with my daughter turned disaster!!! I WILL NEVER visit that establishment AGAIN. Poor hostess staff and unbelievable lack of management skills from the general manager. My email to corporate will arrive in the morning. Since Corporate sets the rules the management and hostess staff should be better trained for adequate customer service.

Wearing a HAT and a designer fashion head garment is NOT AND I REPEAT NOT the same thing.

The food, service and atmosphere was excellent as always. If I had one complaint, OpenTable offered me the option of regular table seating or bar seating. I selected bar seating. However when I got to the restaurant, nothing was available as they accommodated walk-ups as opposed to holding my bar seats for me. And I showed up 10-15 minutes early, so it wasn't like I was late. I sat at a table for a while and then moved to a bar seat that opened up - but this was not comfortable.

Great food and service ! You don’t go there for value, you go for a predictable experience and they always deliver an amazing experience .

Atmosphere was bad, partially due to covid but also we were put in the back room with no ambiance. Food was good, but before Ruth's Chris standard. Overall was just okay, not worth the price
