The waiter rushed us to order appetizers food and drinks. Steaks were not cooked correctly even after sending them back. Definitely not worth the money.

Our server Juan and everybody who helped him was awesome. Karen the hostess was exceptional and super helpful! Her and her co-hostesses were so helpful accommodating our 18 month old grand-daughter!!

The food was great! For a Ruth’s Chris the service was pretty average. I had to ask for refills. We initially got charged for my sons bday dessert. He ordered the feature on the menu that was supposed to come with a dessert, I believe it was the cheesecake. We didn’t get it. We got the bday cheesecake that was on our bill and I had to ask the server about it. We weren’t offered to look at the dessert menu, we probably would have ordered more. I also would have ordered a coffee. This isn’t big stuff I know but for a place that your shelling out a lot of money my expectations are a little higher. It felt like we were an after thought.

The food was excellent and the customer service was great! We had reservations for 5 and was seated almost immediately upon arrival.

Had a nice and quiet dinner. Food good, service good. Had steak & crab legs that were cooked as ordered. Bar service was also good. Felt like they have done a great job dealing with the challenges of CoVid while making the customer feel safe.

Birthday celebration had a good time

Great restaurant. Great food and service but extremely uncomfortable chairs and furniture. You might say why didn't you request a change? if I had to then it only confirms what i said. This is at the high end of dinning the ambiance and comfort should be exceptional.

Ruth Chris in El Paso Texas is one of the nicest that I have visited, the view from the Bar is awesome, and the food is simply great
Caesar Salad, Steak Filet and the Cheese cake are amazing , definetly a place that needs to be visit.

We had an excellent meal. Allison, our server, was wonderful. We had appetizers, a main course and two desserts. A wonderful wine list assisted us in selecting the perfect accompaniment to our dinner.

When we want to treat ourselves we go to Ruth’s Chris. They never disappoint. Great food, great service. My only critique would be that they should remove the TVs; I am grateful that when I asked to have them turned off they immediately did so. Having televisions on while dining detracts from the ambiance of a fine dining experience.

This was our second time there. The service was terrible. I expected the same experience as the first time and it was not. I will not be going back.

Great service by Eddie. Enjoyed our visit. The food was great as usual. The place was very, very sensitive to the current sanitary requirements.

Food was very good. Worth the price, maybe not. But what was not good was the service, which made the price less valuable. A waiter should greet you upon sitting. It took a while for this to happen. Just many little things like the side dish not being delivered until I asked for it. Then I had forgotten about the other side dish. I also noticed the waiter did not tend well to other guests around us. He went up to another table and asked for their order and did not even ask about drinks. We had to ask for more bread twice, waiter gave up the "it's in the oven" basic response. He spent a lot of time in the back, what was he doing? I appreciate the discount for the mistake, but bad service is duly noted.

Honestly loved the whole experience, this was our first time at Ruth’s and the whole environment was spectacular. My spouse and I didn’t feel rushed. It wasn’t crowded looked and smelled clean. Everyone was so welcoming and we had such a great time.

Love the place and the food. The only thing that put both me and my friends off was the smell in and around the restrooms. Unfortunately it smelled of sewer gas. I hope they fix the issue soon

Spent over $300. All three steaks had to be sent back; undercooked! Service was horrible, and it was a slow night. They confirmed my reservation, reconfirmed my reservation by email, and a personal morning phone call as well, and still was late getting us in, and preparing our table. We were set next to the bar when it was my daughter’s birthday and there were plenty of nice booths elsewhere available. It took 1 full hour to get our food. Waitress AWOL. Thank God for the busboy. We had plans after dinner that had to be cancelled because it took 2 1/2 to get finished eating; 30 minutes just to get our dessert. I Have eaten at the Ruth Chris in San Francisco, and in Beverly Hills. Loved it, but I WILL NEVER be back to the one in El Paso. Should be closed down. Absolutely horrible!

The server was outstanding. However, there were issues with the food. My date’s rib eye had a lot of grease. I was served a fillet that was rare when I had asked for medium rare. In my opinion, a steakhouse should know how to cook their steaks to perfection. We also ordered the au gratin and the lobster Mac and cheese. No complaints there. Thanks to our amazing server, we might give the restaurant another chance.
