What a fantastic space! From the decor and vibe to the amazing food, we were totally impressed. Went for brunch and would love to try dinner soon. The fried chicken sandwich, deviled eggs, brisket benedict and cookies ARE ALL A MUST!

Everything was great. Only small problem was hard to hear with. Being from the south nice to have good southern cooking.

Each dish was terrific. I could eat the lamb shank and greens every day.

Amazing food and great service in a charming setting. Love the BBQ, burgers and seafood. Well worth the price.

The service and food is always great at R.A.D., but we were surprised when we showed up for our reservation how packed the restaurant was - like every table was occupied. For this Covid time, that was a little concerning, but luckily our table was far enough away from most of the others. Even when we left the waiting area at the entrance of the restaurant was packed with people (all very close to each other). I think I may just do take-out the next time.

The food and service was exceptional. We made a reservation, and our table was ready when we walked in. Our server was very attentive, coming by every 10 minutes to see if we needed anything.

The mimosas can be pricey, and add up quickly so if you like a brunch with "bottomless mimosas", this might not be your spot, but the food is EXCELLENT. We had a party of 4, and everyone was very impressed with the quality of the food.

Kevin was available & present but never intrusive. RAD was busy with take outs AND almost all tables were filled inside & on the patio. All plates came with good timing & even the Chef came over to check on us!
We don’t want RAD to go elsewhere so we will tell everyone how wonderful it is to have a real neighborhood place to have a drink at the bar, have brunch in the patio or a plate of those smoked oysters!!!!!!!

Great neighborhood gem! Everything was great - especially the apple donuts. We’ll return soon!

Food was good. Noise level made conversation difficult. Only two waiters for the entire room. Service was slow.

Our favorite place! Ruthie’s has amazing food and such a great atmosphere.

This was a repeat visit to the outdoor patio. Everything was terrific and I plan to return many more times.

I loved this place. The food was delicious, service gracious, and it has a great neighborhood vibe. Will definitely be back and am dying to try the brunch menu.

Just plain good

All the food I tried at Ruthie’s was so good! My table did family style and got hush puppies and deviled eggs for starters, the brisket, pulled pork and ribs with Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, fries, dirty rice, beans and Brussel sprouts. My favorite was the brisket and Mac and cheese. The brisket was tender and ribs fell off the bones. I can’t wait to go back and try other items and go for brunch too!

Wow!!! New favorite eatery in Arlington. Food was great. Best brisket I have had in the DMV. Can’t wait for the weather to improve so we can try out the outdoor patio. Super clean, good service, open kitchen, coffee and drink bar, super convenient location, overall great place.

First time eating at Ruthie's and looking forward to going back!

It was a great place to visit when the snow stopped falling for a bit. I had the hangar steak with their version of French fries and Mac and cheese. It was delish. Also, the cookies are the bomb.

The service was awesome. I’d definitively come visit again.

My husband was perusing through open table app trying to find a restaurants that was not booked and stumbled upon this neighborhood gem on Valentine's Day! I am so glad he did. The food and service was fantastic! He ordered the Duck, with Argula Fennel Salad, Kimochi Dirty Rice and Braised greens. I ordered the Wood fired grilled hanger steak, with hand punched fries, crispy brussel sprouts and biscuits. Highly recommend both meals! The meals were cooked to our total satisfaction. The food is seasoned very well. More importantly, our server Kelsey was so engaging and friendly and knew the dishes very well. We will definitely be returning and asking for Kelsey. Lastly, the manager stopped at our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Lastly, it was chilly in the restaurant and they were very accommodating by adjusting the thermostat to get the chill out the air. Thank you! Thank you! I highly recommend this cozy neighborhood restaurant; we are looking forward to returning to try the brunch.

Amazing food and service for dinner, excited to go back for brunch!

Brunch was a great experience. Food was delicious, server was very attentive, and we will definitely be back again!

Perfect brunch spot.

Was a great drink. Just had dessert and the donuts were served warm and were delicious. Had to wait 15 minutes even though I had a reservation. Noise level was high and loud. Was dimly lit and could be a date night spot if not so loud.

So happy to have this new spot perfect for any time of day. Food and service were great!

What a gem! We enjoyed our lunch at Ruthie’s. Food was absolutely delicious, wonderful service and atmosphere! I can’t wait go back! Standouts on the menu...hush puppies, Mac n cheese, braised greens, and butterscotch pudding. Heavenly.

Food and service are excellent. This is our neighborhood go-to for delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Twice this week have eaten in the dining room though the patio has plenty of heaters. Take-away is packed well and survives the trip home intact. Very glad to have them so close by.

Ruthie's All Day is my absolute favorite place to go and I've been several times since they opened in October! The chef is so talented and an amazing person. Such a cute restaurant truly with that "all day cafe" feel, but they're known to be a new kind of BBQ restaurant. My boyfriend and I are pescatarian and are obsessed with the oysters (best we've ever had), octopus, shrimp, branzino & salmon! It has something for everyone and so many great sides, even grits! Don't even get me started on the deviled eggs and biscuits. :) Highly highly recommend!

Great food, but the ambiance is a bit harsh and therefore noisy.

Very highly recommended. The food is reasonably priced and delicious, and the ambiance is great.

We have had dinner and brunch. Everything was great. Attentive (but not too much) staff and great timing of the meal. I am excited to add this restaurant to our stable of eateries. They do a great job of spreading everyone out too. We felt COVID safe!

Our first time visiting and we loved it, we’ll be back!

We love Ruthie's, Matt is a phenomenal chef and Todd is a terrific host. Our server was very friendly and personable and it made for a delightful night out on their outdoor patio.

Both of food and service as usual were amazing. Our favorite restaurant to go to. The menu has Creative dishes that you would not think about and are extremely good. We always look forward to an evening out at Ruthie's!

The food is excellent here. I live next door and have been 5-6 times since they have opened. Every time I’ve gone the owner comes over and seems to table touch every table at some point during the meal.

However this time our server seemed very inept. Came over 3 times throughout the meal. To give us water, take our orders, and give us the check. There were no condiments including salt and pepper on the table. So after waiting 10-15 minutes for the server to return with the check I asked for salt and pepper. By that time my food was cold.

The table next to us was attracting all kinds of attention from the owner and our waiter have several 5 minute or longer conversations.

The busser did a great job.

This is also the first time I’ve been in with my boyfriend. So I’m not sure if their service was not great because of that or for some other reason. Like I said every other time the server has been much better and the owner has come to the table to make sure everything is good. Not this time.

Kind of disappointing as this place is right next to my residence and they have a great duck breast on the menu that I love. However it’s not cheap and I don’t like to be treated differently than other guests.

Great food - menu has lots of choices. Very nice patio with heaters if you want to eat outside in winter (which we did).

Our first time at RAD and we’ll definitely be back! It’s so great to have a neighborhood restaurant like this. Staff were so attentive and the food was delicious. We went for brunch and enjoyed the Brisket Bennie and Grits with Pulled Pork. Can’t wait to go back for lunch and dinner.
