    Service was nonexistent. 20 minutes before seeing our server and another 30 before getting our drinks. I’m not sure if there was an A/C problem, but it was extremely hot. No air coming from the vents that wrap the room. We were there for a special show but we couldn’t see anything with the bad layout and the lighting was so low the performers looked like shadows. The entertainment was great for what little we did get to see.

    We came for an event, which mostly happened by the “outdoor” seating and we were sat by the entrance so we couldn’t even see the show while it was going on. It seemed like they weren’t prepared for the event. We waited for a while just for some guacamole. The two rounds of drinks we ordered were the same drinks and tasted completely different and one had some stuff floating around in it. We could tell that the staff was trying their best to keep up but it was just such a disappointment to be honest.

    The host up front had an opportunity with her customer service. I had a question the attitude that she responded with was awful! I let it go. The lady making the popcorn was not as bad but still gave me attitude with getting us the floaties we paid for. She said I would just have to wait til someone returned them. When I bought the deluxe tickets i did so we would get the floaties I didn’t realize I would have to wait for someone to return something I paid to enjoy for the event another gentleman saw me waiting and went to go grab some from the back. Which was much appreciated (not sure why the other lady did not just do the same)Most of the workers were amazing and very nice and helpful. one gentleman helped me carry out the floaties to my kids and some were help to make sure we had what we need.

    The atmosphere was amazing. The city skyscape surrounded us! As the sun went down a lovely breeze came and went. When the movie started after technical difficulty it was not loud enough mostly because many guests were having side conversations or talking on their phones. The service was very friendly but $21 for a non alcoholic lemonade is very pricey. I will pass on the next event.

    My food was cold, I paid too much for stale nachos that barely had cheese drizzled on top. My grandsons hot dog meal was brought out 20 minutes after my granddaughters nachos came out to them. I paid $100 for two order of nachos, hot dog meal and three soda waters. It was a bit expensive if you ask me and not worth it. Food could have been better for sure. Overall the movie experience on the roof top was great for my grandkids. Will definitely go back next year but not order any food.

    At 7 pm on a Saturday it was empty. Dj was poor.‘cocktails were terrible. People smoking inside

    The service is just plain slow or non-existent. I had to take my glasses to the bar for more water. They forgot my drink order and I had to visit the bar to ask about it. It was never put in! Location is great, but the DJ as is the case in most places was too loud and detracted from the experience.
