Rudy's Steakhouse is the premier steakhouse of Salem. They take great pride in their gold medal winning steaks, aging their beef in house and hand cutting their steaks daily. Their soups are made from scratch and are known to be some of the best in town. All of their gourmet sauces and salad dressings are also made from scratch, using only the finest ingredients.

Trying one of their award winning fresh Marionberry infused cocktails is a must! Their Marionberry Lemon Drop might be the most famous cocktail in Salem. Furthermore, their Marionberry Cobbler and Blueberry Bread Pudding are some of the most incredible desserts you will ever try!

Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario y no la pasamos muy agradable. Lo que yo elegí estuvo riquísimo pero el platillo de mi esposo, no tuvo el sabor que pensó que iba tener. También nos regalaron un postre que estuvo delicioso. Si regreso en el futuro para otra ocasión especial. La chica que nos atendió, siento que hizo bien, no estuvo yendo todo el tiempo sino algo razonable y estaba al alcance por si necesitábamos algo. Fueron muy amables otras meseras y eso es algo que me gusta de un lugar.

Reservations were made & we were sat at our table quickly! We both knew what we wanted when we walked in & our orders were taken in a timely manner. I ordered the Ribeye with yukon golds & sautéed mushrooms. My wife ordered the Filet with mashed potatoes. Both steaks were cooked to order which was great, however they lacked seasoning. The sautéed mushrooms were very sad. They looked microwaved & had zero flavor. For "sauteed" they were nothing but dry... seems odd. We requested Creme Brulee for dessert & were told they were sold out. Our server (Isaiah or Issac?) Was awesome. Very prompt & professional. Overall experience 7/10. Overall food 5/10.

I typically have a 5 stars across the board experience when I eat here. Tonight we spent $300 dollars and are steaks were cooked poorly. Our server was practically a ghost, I literally had to complain after 35 minutes to get her to come back and take our food order. I hope this was just an off night for what normally is one of the best establishments in Salem.

Food, Service and Ambiance perfect for that special occasion. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Filet Mignon was not trimmed, I’ve never had as fatty of a filet as I had here. My 12oz steak was more like 9oz after I tried my best to trim it at the table. Potatoes were overcooked, asparagus undercooked. Seafood melt, which we had two other times before, was overly cheesy this time. Service was poor. Ordered two draft beers, both of which took approximately 15 mins to be delivered to our table. Wife’s mixed drinks were very good. We could have easily left without paying. Asked for check, after 20 minutes we just went inside to pay. The value was decent; we’re used to ala carte pricing, so the fact that the price included all sides and salad was good. Had the food been prepared better, we would have been much happier and could have overlooked the poor service.

Reception unfriendly / dour Table not ready resulting in wait Wine ordered not available both 1st & 2nd choice, 3rd choice wine available however server broke the cork ! Food excellent Table service good

Food was excellent but unfortunately the service didn’t meet up with the quality of the food. I had to ask to get my water refilled and then it wasn’t done for a long time. We were done with our meals for a long time before our plates were picked up and we were asked if we wanted dessert. We were planning to have dessert but we waited so long that we decided to pick some up at Konditorei on the way home. We arrived 10 minutes before of reservation time and the hostess seemed very put out, not welcoming at all.
