The Rose Park Bistro is located in Roseville popular The Fountain neighborhood. Elegant and contemporary. Delicious food. Especially love the Brussel Sprout “chips” and the butternut squash gnocchi in Gorgonzola cream sauce! Service was spot on- friendly & there when needed but not obtrusive. Will go again and again!

We really enjoyed the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was great but not the 5-star great. They do this egg whip on their cocktails that I want a big fan of.

We have been to Park many times but this was a bad night. Service was below par. Food came out of order. Lamb was over cooked and the pasta was cold. Very disappointing

This was our first time coming here, came here for lunch on a random Wednesday and it did not disappoint. I got the beet salad with chicken, iced tea and a dessert - key lime pie, which was amazing. It was all very good. The only comment I would have is that it is a little pricey; with tax and tip, my lunch was $50. The portions were reasonable, definitely not large, I had no leftovers. The food was well prepared, flavorful and fresh. $50 for one person for lunch is a lot though.

Very over priced Living Butter Lettuce salad with maybe 6 or 7 pecans and a few strawberry slices on top of the lettuce. That’s it for $14.00. The fried calamari starter was also grossly overpriced at $18.00, but tasty with some tempura green beans added. The molten lava cake did not have the warm gooey center, so not a true lava cake, but very tasty!

Overall we had a great experience and the food was very good and on par. The seating was a bit too close where we felt like we were part of the Neighboring patrons conversations but overall the vibe was lively, the food and drinks were great and service was attentive and wonderful.

Love the decor/atmosphere! Excellent service and delicious food! Had a fun dinner with our group of 6 friends. Highly recommend this restaurant.

First visit, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were completely thrilled with all aspects of our first dinner there. The service was fantastic; very informative and extremely attentive server. Maddy was great! Our cocktails were interesting and delicious, our lobster/shrimp brown butter ravioli apps were so good, and the salad was a perfect way to start our dinner. Our filet mignon and short ribs pappardelle pasta was absolutely wonderful. All was cooked and flavored to perfection. Dinner was followed by my wife’s Bday lava cake, complete with a beautiful sparkler set in the vanilla gelato! What a show, and the lava cake was delightful. We also ordered the star of the evening, the red wine poached pear dessert. It looked too beautiful too eat and tasted even better. After that wonderful meal, we moved over to the bar to enjoy a nightcap. We wanted to get a feel for the wonderful bar, and it couldn’t have been better. The bartender was a great mixologist and was she was super pleasant! Last, but certainly not least, I want to commend the manager (I think that was his title). He greeted us during dinner and then again when he noticed us at the bar. I appreciate his willingness to engage diners to make sure the experience is a good one. This experience was amazing and delicious and so good. We will be back soon….with friends. Thank you, Rose Park Bistro, for an unforgettable birthday dining experience for my wife’s birthday!

There is a reason that we are fans of Rose Park Bistro...amazing food (their menu is changing a bit with the coming autumn); outstanding tableside service (thank you, Meghan); one can actually hold a conversation during their meal (and the place was quite busy on a Wednesday evening); inspired cocktails (really, try the bubble bliss - wonderful presentation and great taste).
