The Rose Park Bistro is located in Roseville popular The Fountain neighborhood. Our menu features comforting and flavorful turn-of-the-century inspired American tavern fare that is elevated with a modern approach. I will likely order my food to go next time . I didn’t appreciate being seated at a small table in the front , which was only a few steps from the entrance of the restaurant . There was a lot of traffic and noise all around me which was very stressful and not relaxing nor enjoyable at all after a long work week. The wait staff appeared rushed and kept calling me honey and sweetie, which I despise .. I had a reservation with my name included . I should have been addressed as such . The food was very good and I will be trying many other items on the menu in the future . However, I will not ever dine in again unless there is an option to request a quiet seating location on the reservation .

Rose Park is a lovely restaurant. 4 of us had lunch, everyone enjoyed their meal. It was a beautiful day in a beautiful room. Very nice....

Four stars only because it took forever to get our main entrees for a table of 4 Otherwise - food was great, drinks quite yummy and our waitress was awesome

My wife had the pan roasted chicken and said that it was the best that she could remember. I had the salmon, and it was perfectly prepared. I gave the salmon a perfect 10. Chef Brian and the owner, Billy, are totally engaged with their patrons. Rose Park Bistro is consistently excellent.

Our food was delicious and flavorful. We had the lobster & crab raviolis and the butternut squash gnocchi along with the beet salad. Have never been disappointed with anything ordered at Rose Park. Would recommend anyone to try Rose Park for lunch or dinner.

I wanted to give Rose Park Bistro 5 stars... 5 minutes in, it was tracking to be a 5 ... gorgeous, cool restaurant and vibe, friendly attentive server, orders for drinks and appetizers taken and delivered promptly . We had the artichoke and gnocchi, both of which were terrific. We had to ask for bread- it was good with a type of herb butter. As the meal progressed from there, things dipped a bit. We didn't see our waitress, having to get her attention to come over. We asked if they had bread (vs being offered) and had to ask for more ... it was terrific sopping up the gnocchi dauce. Drinks ran out without refills. Once a DC refill requested it took 15 minutes to get it. My wife and I had the paella, well prepared, the fish was all very good quality but the flavor was a little meh. Nothing special. A tad disappointing at $44. Our friends both had skirt steak and really liked it. I ordered a side of fries as they looked good as orders for others passed our table. They looked better than they were, plus it took a long time for them to arrive, we had to ask about them. I love great fries, but these were so so IMO. We had better fries at Ikeda's yesterday. By far. There are so many great choices to dine out in this area, so to want go back repeatedly - especially at these prices - everything needs to be on point. Our experience started out flawlessly and wonderfully, but sagged and disappointed a bit as the meal progressed. One plus at the end was they brought out a nice little cake and scoop of ice cream with a cool sparkler for my wife's birthday, I'd denoted that on the reservation- that was an appreciated touch. It'll be interesting if we - ok, my wife- feel(s) the desire to go back again. I want to LOVE Rose Park Bistro... but that didn't happen. I'd say to others it's definitely worth trying, there's a lot to like and possibly love ... but also unfulfilled potential that could be shored up for what could be an exceptional dining experience.
