Food was good. Grace, our server, was very attentive.
To start, I'm only rating 1 star because I cannot rate negative stars. First, I'll start by saying that granted it was Valentine's day, no excuse for the service we received tonight. My husband made reservations for 6PM and we arrived at the restaurant at 5:30. After seeing numerous couples being sat before us, some without reservation, I finally complained at 625. They got names mixed up. Finally sat at 630. By that time we already knew what we wanted so we wasted no time telling our waiter our entire order. After my adult beverage didn't come even after we asked waiter to check on our drink order. I got up from my seat and went to the bar. Turns out our waiter never put it in. After an hour wait, and no appetizer served. We asked for the manager (not sure what her name was but I could tell you she was the only red head lady there) . She never came to our table after 10 minutes. Very unprofessional! She was too worried about the front line instead of the people that were dining. My husband and I decided to give up. To sum up our visit, all we got was 1 glass of water and 2 bread throughout the 1 hour we sat at our table. It was a horrible experience and I could point out 2 other couples had the same issues ands walked out as well. On a positive note, the busboys where working hard to turn tables and the young man named Khalid was all over the place working his tail off. I only wish the manager would give half the effort her employees do.
Despite being understaffed for the Holidays they did their best to accommodate our large family table. Food was great.

Yes but with a caveat. Service has gone downhill lately.
Services was not bad but, I felt like I was being served by Morty ( Rick and Morty show). The kitchen was very loud ( like playing around, not being professional). Lastly, there was not customer on a Friday night and that is not usual... Not going back.
Table was not ready when we got there at4 25......had to wait for them to set up. So why make a reservation when they didnt know about it. I had to tell them I had a confirnation.
Macaroni’s is usually pretty good, but we went on Mother’s Day, and the restaurant was out of several items, from pepperoni, to croutons, to soups. It made for a pretty disappointing experience, especially on a holiday like this. To top things off, some of the items we received from the kitchen were cold, and one of the items we received had a hair in it.

Staff was amazing friendly food was bland. I could have had a weight watchers tv dinner with more taste.
Manager was yelling at the top of her lungs to the servers. You could hear it from the dining room.
Wir waren bereits zum Valentinstag und zum Abendbrot essen dort. Es ist immer wieder ein wunderbares Geschmackserlebnis und absolut empfehlenswert! Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch im Restaurent.
Was a bit disapointed due that my husband and I ordered Michelob Ultra, there was none. Then, we asked for Bud Light, there was none! So we had to order Modelo which we don't like much.
Then for dinner I ordered the Glazed Salmon and our our surprise the waitress said "we ran out of salmon" and this is 6:30pm on New Year's Eve. Really?
Anyway, I love the restaurant but next time that we attend for a date night I will call the restaurant to check if they gave items on the menu available.
We went there for new years eve to my chicken parmigiana was burned , I didn't eat anything had to send it back
Appetizers were bland and the Entrées were decent; however the caramelized onions on the raviolis were burnt, and although the dish was remade and deleted from the check, our guest had to wait 20 minutes. Overall, the experience was a disappointment.
An excellent special menu was put together for Christmas dinner. I ordered the salmon and it was special.
Along with it came a Caesar salad and afterwards a delicious cheesecake.
I very much appreciated the fact that Macaroni Grill was open on Christmas Day. There seemed to be a big crowd there rewarding the decision to eat at Macaroni Grill on Christmas Day.
The restaurant was almost empty. The server was fairly attentive. It is easy to tell they haven’t had enough business. The food was prepared well.
I have always enjoyed drinking here but this was the worst experience so far. I attribute the horrible experience more to our wait staff, even tho my meal was very disappointing. Our waitress/ bartender rolled her eyes when we complained about two of us getting our meals and the other two still waiting. Then she made a face when she served my daughter lamb chops and we told her she had ordered the pork chops....... she actually told us, "Yes, that's it. ", then walked away. We called her back and she reluctantly took them away but not before rolling her eyes. And I had to send my bill back twice. I will not go back if this young lady is there.

The food used to be way better. Olive garden is way better and a better value than macaroni grill.
The service was rushed for no apparent reason. Food was amazing and drinks were outstanding. I emailed the manager and they never got back to me.
The restaurant was fine, but a bit noisy, sitting by the bar. I was quite disappointed they basically had only 1 white wine available, and not one I cared for. My husband liked his mushroom ravioli. The shrimp in my scampi was fine, but the whole dish needed lemon. I was given some, thank goodness. Nice service.
