    We had a few small hiccups, but they were all resolved. Our meals were delicious and everyone had a lovely time. We really enjoyed where we were situated too as it was much quieter and less busy than the main area which made it feel easier for the kids. Thank you for all your help to the main female staff member on the night as I didn’t get her name, but was very helpful which we appreciated.

    We had the best lunch, food was outstanding again. We had dips and bread, meat platter. Soooooo good. Everyone said there mains where so good. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

    Very disappointing experience. We ordered two steaks, both $66 each, and requested medium. Unfortunately, both steaks were extremely overcooked — very dry, with no juiciness at all, and so tough that they were difficult to chew. They were closer to well-done than medium. When we were paying, a staff member asked how the food was, and I told him that the steaks were overcooked. Unfortunately, there was barely any response or acknowledgement. No explanation, and no offer to resolve the issue — we were simply asked to pay. At $66 per steak, we expected a much better standard, both in terms of the food and the customer service. We were very disappointed and felt that our feedback was simply brushed aside.

    Found a hair in our whipped butter, waitress happy to replace with a new dish and take this off our bill, thank you for that.. the seafood tortellini was too buttery. With only five pieces of tortellini, the rest seafood. I don’t think that order that again, next time I think just pizza
