This is our second bad experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible. The food had no flavor.

Food good. Server neglected to clear dishes. Then, took one person's away and left the other plates still in table, when we were all clearly finished.

This restaurant has the opportunity to be so much better. I get that everyone is understaffed, but service was painfully slow ie 35 minutes to get a drink? They were out of numerous menu options, and when we did order our food came before we got silverware/napkins. We ate in the outdoor dining area and which was nice, but in the late summer there needs to be a way to deal with the yellow jackets that want to share your meal. Dessert wasn’t even mentioned by our server, yet I heard other tables discussing their orders. Overall it was not a good experience and would not recommend it.

My husband and I were disappointed in the food choices, food and service. We had dinner two times and breakfast once. They were very limited on times for reservations, the restaurant was not full so it appeared to me they were just short staffed. I worked in Human Resources for a restaurant so I understand the difficulty in hiring, training and retaining staff these days. I would recommend Rockhouse focus on a little additional training of the staff they have and increase the quality and preparation of the food. The food and service were adequate but not what you would expect for the price. The restaurant is beautiful and loved sitting outside.

The wait staff was attentive. The ribeye was good, the pork chop with grits was excellent

Josie is definitely an asset to your team. Our meals of wings, loaded potatoes skins, Three Sisters Bowl were hot when served. Presentation on the plates was spot on. We did order dessert. I would suggest that the chef come up with a signature dessert. Although the carrot cake was good and the jello strawberry on top of pretzels was okay neither of them shined. You want an end of meal wow! Would definitely come back the next time we visit the area.

We were seated at our reservation time. Server Sophie was phenomenal. Getting our drimk order, appetizer order to us .Took our dimmer order, then we waited, waited, waited and waited. She apologized and said food was taking longer, thanked us for being so patient. An hour later when we got our 2 salads and burger and fries the salads were room temperature. Hubby said medium burger was dry overcooked.

Atmosphere at the restaurant is very pleasant. Large spacious dining area. However, service was not so great. Waiters didn't know who was to wait on our table and no one took the initiative to find out. I had to check on our drinks and when someone was going to wait on our table. Also, confusion on whether they had vegetables to serve....finally waiter said they found some squash in the kitchen???? Last thing I couldn't believe is they ran out of glass wine glasses......really?
