Robina Pavilion - The Brasserie

My only complaint was I booked for the deck then once arrived was unable to be seated there , but apart from that it was wonderful
Great breakfast menu. Large portions. Great coffee and milkshakes
Good variety of food, with moderate priced to upper priced meals. However, the same menu has been in use for some time, and could do with a change of choices.
I used to enjoy the tapas plates they had when they first reopened after refurbishment.
Good food in a lovely setting and great service.
Average steak.
Service is ATROCIOUS!!
The manager was unbelievably rude. What a terrible place.
Food was good no problems there, was just disappointed with the service. We had a table of 10 booked and 8 of us had finished eating when 2 people had to ask for their meals. 1 person asked at the counter and was told “we’ll look into it” then 2nd person had to again ask at counter and finally someone approached the table and was told they would be coming. It finally arrived shortly afterwards no apologies or offer of anything so my sister in law asked if the 2 people could receive a complimentary dessert for their trouble the girl had to go ask the manager if this was ok and they agreed. Still not impressed with the oversight or offer of anything.
Had a lovely night although the music was very loud which made it difficult to hear from one end of the table to the other.
I love the food , menu, service , etc
Staff is always helpful. Place is very clean. Food is good and great value
All well accept for the superfood salad there was to much baby spinach leaves and the dressing was the bottom . May he put the dressing on the side in a small jug.
Highly recommended this venue. Fabulous service and great place to go for any occasion.
The staff are very rude
We were their to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed the night. Although one of the outdoor parties came inside and it got loud with the drunks. We went to the gaming area and had a win, so all ended well. Overall we had an awesome night and will definitely be back.
A definite favourite for atmosphere, delicious food, fantastic staff and a great place for a function as well.
Overall would recommend re general ambience, diversity of menu, quality & generous meals, nice staff etc.
As a mature aged person, did find the inability to make a phone booking inconvenient & internet awkward
..not having a seating map, nor able to book selected table annoying.
Older patrons electing outside, need to be aware that seating re thin cushions & sun, may be uncomfortable.
Menu diversity is very good, and pricing reasonable. The food re flavour & quality was very good, and suitably generous.
One at our table did have a meal issue with staff quick to propose a resolve, unfortunately it got forgotten in the kitchen ..considerable time later was again sorted, (table staff most apologetic & accomodating)
..but we really then should've said not to worry
..we'd tried to drag out our eating too long, and for the individual waiting, appetite lost (meal just picked at)
..their first visit, at my invitation.
Again though, must emphasize the staff at all times most pleasant !
And we have all agreed to get together (with another couple) and visit for lunch again ..hopefully some time soon
..that in itself is a good recommendation !

The oysters were good, however when I ordered them the lady only put in one serve of a dozen..I asked for a dozen kilpatrick and a dozen half half. Only a dozen half half were delivered to the table.
I went and ordered another dozen. The main meal came out too quickly and the waitress bought the 2nd lot of oysters with the main. I asked her to take them back and bring them out later after the main mealThey werent very hot when tney came out.
Nice though I must say. The salmon and vegies were lovely, however the lamb shanks were tough..they should have been falling off the bone.
My aunty told the waitress she told the chef and she came back and offered her a new one.Aunty said not too worry ..I felt she should have been offered a voucher for the lamb shank cost to come back as we would have and spent more money . Its a lovely ambience and the staff are friendly and do try
The renovation is fabulous. The outside decking area is brilliant, overlooking the lake. The meals are lovely and good value. Will come back again!
I took our work team for dinner and had a great experience. Everyone enjoyed their food.
Must have picked a bad night or more to the point the Butcher may need replacing with a better beef product - didnt think a steak sandwich could possibly be so bad. Great meals in the past however Thursday night was a bad choice of our 'family meal out together' locally. Will try other nearby local eateries before racing back to the Robina Pavilion unfortunately.
The food was very good maybe too much for the older patrons perhaps they could have seniors plates. It is a lovely setting. There are only two disabled parking spots perhaps some more could be a few more.
Excellent venue and the perfect spot for a small get-together or a big office party!
Our go to restaurant. Hard to beat in every way. The only thing that can sometimes be an issue is the parking however, generally not a problem.
Always really good food here.
The meal sizes are generous and good value.
We sat outside and the ambience was excellent
I had a curry which was outstanding
Great location plenty of parking during the day good menue quick service
Great atmosphere. Breakfast is lovely and relaxing. Excellent customer service :)
good food and service and nice outlook. the ambiance was ruined a little by the annoying music blaring from tinny speakers - so unnecessary.
This was our first time going to the Pavillion and I was a little worried after reading a lot of bad reviews however there was nothing to be worried about as we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. So glad we tried it for ourselves. A couple of different seating areas, all of which look great. The food didn’t take long once ordered and out of our three meals, all were very tasty and didn’t disappoint. The Korma curry was the standout although not a big meal, it was sufficient. Good prices. All of the tables I saw were booked so I wouldn’t turn up without a booking or you may be disappointed. I would return as it was an enjoyable meal and nice location.
Sorry love the restaurant but unfortunately the food fell short of the 4 of us no one really were happy with the food
Always lovely at our local
Hard to get a table these days and if you do book you're usually moved on after a Couple of hours. As tables are booked again. Otherwise a great place.
our ladies had not been at the pavilion before and everyone commented how pleasant and refreshing your venue was. meals were also very good and reasonably priced. we will add this restaurant to our 'will return' list. Thank you.
This is the third time that I have had Lunch at the renovated Pavilion.
Each time I had a Waguy Steak.
First time very good.
Second time not as good .
Third time atrocious.
I look for quality and good service, both of it was lacking.
Food was good, seating good, noise level too high and where we were sitting adjacent children’s area the Airconditioning didn’t reach, there were unsightly patches on the ceiling, the bar staff that served had attitude.
I was a little disappointed with my calamari as main, heaps of chips but 5 strips of calamari was a bit lame. It tasted beautiful but was like an entree serve. I also ordered lemon lime and bitters for $5.50 which came in a small glass whereas 3 other parties had theirs in a schooner glass for the same price??
Great place for our gang of 10 something for everyone
Great spot for lunch or dinner. Good food and prompt service
The service at Robina Pavillion is very good, food is delicious , the service is excellent. Would recommend .
Never had a Caesar salad with grated red cabbage before not for me
Food was terrible and some sent back to be replaced as meat was unchewable and fatty. expensive for what u hey. $15 for kids nuggets and chips - disgusting price. Very over rated and will not eat there again.
It was amazing. The only thing that was a little annoying was the dj set up right next to our table and we couldn’t get in and out and the speaker next to us.
everything was fairly good with the exception of table placement. most diners ,including us, were really struggling moving around dining area. no room at all between chairs. even noticed a staff member clearing the way for staff following with meals.
balcony functions must really be pushing co-vid restrictions
