Robina Pavilion - The Brasserie
Beautiful pavilion. Loved the menu and ambience. We celebrated my birthday. Thank you
Public Holiday, no menu's offered, first choice was sold out.
A great place for larger groups and families. Also nice dining area near the fireplace for more intimate dining. Thanks for a great experience.
Ordered a table inside as I always do and you put us outside when it was raining got it sorted but I ordered inside
This is our local restaurant and we try to support, but they disappoint us every time. On this occasion , 6 of us were dining, the garlic bread came out with the main course when we specifically asked for it to be our starter. 3 of us had chicken dishes which were way overcooked. On previous visits, 4 of us had inedible steaks and 2 of the meals, obviously forgotten and delivered long after the other orders, were stone cold. We did comment to the waiter who said that they liked feedback, but you knew that it wouldn’t be effective. I’m sad to say that it’s goodbye from our family to further dining at the Pavilion.
While the venue is great, I continually find the service staff to be rude and too hip to do their job well. My medium rare steak was over cooked.
Love love the ceaser salad I get it everytime.
Great venue, beautiful location and great atmosphere.
Had a lovely night.
Everything good, drinks are a little pricey and I find a few of the bar staff a little unfriendly but most staff are amazing!!
We all had different meals but were equally pleased with all of them. The portion sizes are generous and the food presented nicely. We were sat near the open fireplace and it was giving off a bit of a smell but nothing too terrible. Everybody we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We will certainly come again.
This is a great spot out of the way of crowds.
The restaurant is really nice and the food surprisingly good for the price.
The staff let us down somewhat with seating us in the direct sun and we had to hunt someone down to move an umbrella, then we had to hunt someone down for menus.
Otherwise, it was great and we will definitely be back!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Food was great, I highly recommend it!
Great food and location. So nice to sit outside and look over the lake. The kids had fun in the child friendly area and down on the sun beds.
The steak was amazing, the best I’ve had so far! Will be back for sure.
Great spot away from the hustle and bustle for a family breakfast. Food was awesome and generous sized meals, however it took a very long time to get our coffees.
Saturday lunch was fantastic. Very relaxed setting, lovely food. Only complaint would be car parking was a bit tricky. Thanks for a great venue!
Always have a great time at The Pavillions although each time I’ve eaten there ( probably ten times) someone’s meal comes out much later than the rest of the group.. so nearly all diners finished whilst one person is left waiting.. this happened yesterday as well.
Kids Meals came first as ordered but we then had to wait too long for the mains.
$15 for Kids nuggets & chips too expensive.
My only complaint was I booked for the deck then once arrived was unable to be seated there , but apart from that it was wonderful
Our first and last visit ever! Not for families or the feint hearted, not for a civilised meal either; hence the 3 star food rating (didn’t stay for a meal) . Great if you want a wild, drunken, roudy, rough night. Couldn’t hear each other at all because the sound was as loud as a 90s nightclub. Maybe consider cranking the volume up after dinner has finished. Good place for the ferals, rev heads and trouble
makers. Also didn’t appreciate getting chipped for not turning up to our reservation even though we checked in and were shown to our table. Went and spent our $100 at the local Thai. Thanks for the experience, we’ll pass on our recommendations.
Great breakfast menu. Large portions. Great coffee and milkshakes
Good variety of food, with moderate priced to upper priced meals. However, the same menu has been in use for some time, and could do with a change of choices.
I used to enjoy the tapas plates they had when they first reopened after refurbishment.
Good food in a lovely setting and great service.
Service is ATROCIOUS!!
The manager was unbelievably rude. What a terrible place.
Food was good no problems there, was just disappointed with the service. We had a table of 10 booked and 8 of us had finished eating when 2 people had to ask for their meals. 1 person asked at the counter and was told “we’ll look into it” then 2nd person had to again ask at counter and finally someone approached the table and was told they would be coming. It finally arrived shortly afterwards no apologies or offer of anything so my sister in law asked if the 2 people could receive a complimentary dessert for their trouble the girl had to go ask the manager if this was ok and they agreed. Still not impressed with the oversight or offer of anything.
Had a lovely night although the music was very loud which made it difficult to hear from one end of the table to the other.
I love the food , menu, service , etc
Staff is always helpful. Place is very clean. Food is good and great value
Nice atmosphere . Beetroot wasn’t roasted as per menu , so tasted raw and bit mushy (out of tin) . Meals for out table group were delivered not at the same time but over 10 mins so bit awkward. Otherwise prices good.
All well accept for the superfood salad there was to much baby spinach leaves and the dressing was the bottom . May he put the dressing on the side in a small jug.
Highly recommended this venue. Fabulous service and great place to go for any occasion.
The staff are very rude
We were their to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed the night. Although one of the outdoor parties came inside and it got loud with the drunks. We went to the gaming area and had a win, so all ended well. Overall we had an awesome night and will definitely be back.
A definite favourite for atmosphere, delicious food, fantastic staff and a great place for a function as well.
Overall would recommend re general ambience, diversity of menu, quality & generous meals, nice staff etc.
As a mature aged person, did find the inability to make a phone booking inconvenient & internet awkward
..not having a seating map, nor able to book selected table annoying.
Older patrons electing outside, need to be aware that seating re thin cushions & sun, may be uncomfortable.
Menu diversity is very good, and pricing reasonable. The food re flavour & quality was very good, and suitably generous.
One at our table did have a meal issue with staff quick to propose a resolve, unfortunately it got forgotten in the kitchen ..considerable time later was again sorted, (table staff most apologetic & accomodating)
..but we really then should've said not to worry
..we'd tried to drag out our eating too long, and for the individual waiting, appetite lost (meal just picked at)
..their first visit, at my invitation.
Again though, must emphasize the staff at all times most pleasant !
And we have all agreed to get together (with another couple) and visit for lunch again ..hopefully some time soon
..that in itself is a good recommendation !
The oysters were good, however when I ordered them the lady only put in one serve of a dozen..I asked for a dozen kilpatrick and a dozen half half. Only a dozen half half were delivered to the table.
I went and ordered another dozen. The main meal came out too quickly and the waitress bought the 2nd lot of oysters with the main. I asked her to take them back and bring them out later after the main mealThey werent very hot when tney came out.
Nice though I must say. The salmon and vegies were lovely, however the lamb shanks were tough..they should have been falling off the bone.
My aunty told the waitress she told the chef and she came back and offered her a new one.Aunty said not too worry ..I felt she should have been offered a voucher for the lamb shank cost to come back as we would have and spent more money . Its a lovely ambience and the staff are friendly and do try
The renovation is fabulous. The outside decking area is brilliant, overlooking the lake. The meals are lovely and good value. Will come back again!
I took our work team for dinner and had a great experience. Everyone enjoyed their food.
Must have picked a bad night or more to the point the Butcher may need replacing with a better beef product - didnt think a steak sandwich could possibly be so bad. Great meals in the past however Thursday night was a bad choice of our 'family meal out together' locally. Will try other nearby local eateries before racing back to the Robina Pavilion unfortunately.
The food was very good maybe too much for the older patrons perhaps they could have seniors plates. It is a lovely setting. There are only two disabled parking spots perhaps some more could be a few more.
Excellent venue and the perfect spot for a small get-together or a big office party!
Our go to restaurant. Hard to beat in every way. The only thing that can sometimes be an issue is the parking however, generally not a problem.
Always really good food here.
The meal sizes are generous and good value.
We sat outside and the ambience was excellent
I had a curry which was outstanding
