   I loved everything.Can not wait to dine there again. The server was so nice. The food was so delicious. I believe I have found my to go place to eat 😋

   Truly enjoyed the Sip and Savor Italian Feast. Four fabulous courses all pair with wine. Great food, attentive staff, and fun painting wine glasses!

   I think we caught them on a bad night, staff-wise. It took a long time to get our food but our waiter was as attentive as he could be and was apologetic. I had the salmon dish and I will say it was one of the best salmon dinners I’ve ever had, and it is my go-to at most restaurants I visit. The pizza was also great. The Alfredo pasta dish one of our guests had was not good, according to him. But overall I would go back hoping the same service issues didn’t happen. They discounted our meal and apologized for the inconvenience.

   Love ambience. Love new casino and restaurants design. Love menu,. Great pasta. Trouble in kitchen apparently, waited too long to get food. Waiters distracted. Want to love it, Also, one last thing………this Place truly wants to be an Italian food contender———-But really? You don’t come to the table with a fresh block of Romano, and greater over the food!!???? That is the simplest most impressive touch to serving a meal! Instead, we got a small plastic cup of Dry craft Parmesan.. Hey, I want you guys to make it and shine. This is a constructive criticism you’ve got so much going for you don’t blow it with the service and the small touches.!

   More American flare than Italian. Brunch . It’s an eclectic menu. The burata with marinated tomatoes with a hint of basil 🌿 was their best appetizer. Entrees were decent , croquet jamon - good attempt, but bread was too overtly a thick piece of French toast? Bechemel was nice . Cajun Pasta was spicy. Wasn’t sure if it was served with andouille sausage? Pesto chicken sandwich was excellent. Short rib with onions and potatoes was moist and flavorful. Chicken Parmigiana was flavorful,but the fettuccini pasta needed to be al dente. Service was flawed due to being Mother’s Day and our server being overwhelmed. Would like to try their dinner experience.

   Jessica was great and she went above and beyond at making sure our experience was wonderful. The food was good, but everything is so overpriced at Ridotto and we had a similar experience at prime rib also a week ago. Today, we had a waffle, I piece of toast cut in half, cheese grits and a Mother’s Day special that was a house salad, crab/crawfish Benedict, with breakfast potatoes, and another lil plate salad, and the bill was $100 before tip. Add more value to the meals so we can continue coming and enjoying all of the wonderful employees.

   Had reservations for Mother’s Day Bunch. Ordered the 3 course brunch special. Desert came out with entree. The appetizer came out after the entree. Entree, Shrimp and Grits was cold. Horrible experience. Seafood pasta extremely spicy. Pasta was undercooked. Maybe they were overwhelm with the Mother’s Day crowd. Totally unprepared. Wait time was extremely long. No follow up. Smokey environment. Poor management

   Horrible Experience with Sarathy B., the manager on Mother’s Day. He wanted to charged me full price for food I sent back. I ordered Cajun pasta with loaded shrimps and received pasta with chicken strips and no shrimp. The waiter brought out five grilled shrimps. When I complained he insisted on charging me full price. He asked what I wanted, but he didn’t accommodate. I do not recommend Ridotto to anyone.
