Our AIWF chapter shuttled down. Thoughtful production and really exquisite plating. Service was above and beyond. DEFINITELY worth the drive down from San Diego. I will be returning.
Excellent food and service. Ordered 5 courses and by my count were served 7.
In my personal opinion, food was very pleasant, creative yet still need some refinement in flavors. The place is cozy, needs some structural fixing and it is a little bit noisy.
About the food, We took the 5 courses menu, and mostly every course was unexpectebly surprising, in the good sense. The bread, wich is homemade, was acceptable, yet the amuse bouche and the seasonal salad were absolutely amazing, but overall the magret de canard was beyond any expectations.
The thing is, I do not sympathize with the idea that charging a bill of $32( beverage included!) makes justice for the actual hardwork!.
I can honestly say that this is a very underated restaurant, never see them in mags or crowded events yet their food was definitely worth the unexpected detour to this lost town in middle of nowhere!
I will surely be back, Hoping that next time it will be as famous as it should!
Sobrevaluado y teatral pero buena opción

Beautifully prepared food that was out of this world. All food prepared with fresh local products. There are no tacos here !No menu so everything is a wonderful surprise. We had the five course menu which is actually six. The price per person is around $30 per person without wine pairing. Joshua was our wait person and he too was wonderful. He knew everything about how the food was prepared, everything in each dish and about the wine pairing. He is wonderfully well trained. This restaurant is well worth your visit.
