We were seated in the bar for lunch. The bartender provided excellent service. The food was great as always. Highly recommend!!!

Service was extremely slow. Our food took a very long time to come out, and we never received our baked potatoes. Instead of discounting a meal, the waitress packed the potatoes to go…at 9pm. WTH?!
I haven't been to Red Lobster in over 22 years for many reasons. I was treating someone for a birthday and that's where they wanted to go. Definitely make a "priority seating" reservation well in advance, like 3 weeks or more. We showed up 20 minutes prior to our "reservation" and were sat right at our "reserved" time.
Food: I didn't partake in the cheddar biscuits, but the other three, who loved the biscuits usually, said they were not cooked through and they didn't finish theirs. The server didn't notice they only had a single bite taken out. We also didn't say anything since there was plently more coming.
Two people had the clam chowder and they said it tasted good, but was very watery.
I had the rainbow trout (grilled), with coleslaw and fries. The trout must have been grill-pressed as it was flat and mostly dry, but had some flavor that was trout-reminiscent with the heavy seasoning. How can fries be bland? The coleslaw was great with a nice level of crunch, cream and tang. Also, how can tarter sauce be messed up? The tarter had barely any flavor even though it had big chunks of something like pickles. I use tarter for my fries and it was an odd tasteless sensation.
Others had breaded cod, Ultimate Feast, and a shrimp plate. They all enjoyed most of what they had, but we all agreed the fried shrimp breading was horrible and a couple of us gagged (literally), and the scampi shrimp were shriveled. The lobster tails were small, but those who had it said they loved it.
Service: Staff shortages aside (which they only opened enough tables to handle for available staff), the service was fair at best. The server was flighty and forgot a number of items throughout the meal and we had to ask twice for some items. The server also passed off a higher check that was not ours.
I'm happy those in my party loved it overall as that's what was important. It's not for me. Personally, the chain should shut down, retool, and create a better experience.
Our server Anthony was exceptional and so was the food.
Lobster artichoke was a bit heavy in the salt. Rest of food was delicious.
Great service and really good food. I think our server was Anthony or Aaron. He was friendly, fast, and just on top of everything.
The bar did not have the drinks that one customer wanted, but apart from that a good time was had.
My food was overcooked, it took too long to get certain things I needed with my meal, my favorite biscuit was hard

I'm not a seafood eater and there is always something for me to eat. The filet mignon was delicious.
The food was good, but not exceptional. My lobster was overcooked but still good. The servings we're generous and nothing beats those cheddar biscuits!
It does no good to make a reservation, they still made us wait.
Love that the quality is always predictable. Each of our steaks were cooked to perfection and I enjoyed my delicious lobster tail. Of course, the Cheddar Bay biscuits are always a treat.
The priority wait list doesn't really work. Still waited 50 min passed the entered time. When you have elderly parents with you, the extra wait is a problem. Server was fantastic. Food ok. Staff definitely overworked.
The clam chowder was cold and the “Ultimate Feast” was salty and over cooked. This will be our last visit to Red Lobster.
The food and server were awesome but the receptionist didn't know what she was doing also told us that there was no reservations and then acted like there we other customers in front of our reservation like wait didn't you just tell us there wasn't any reservations and now your looking for invisible people outside awesome place to eat at they just need to find a receptionist that knows wth there doing

Wait, wait, wait, then order taken. Wait, wait, wait, food arrives. So-so in presentation and taste. Wait, wait, wait for a refill on my drink. Wait, wait, wait and dessert is offered (but declined). Thought that the payment process would be quick with the thingy that is supposed to do what servers used to do. Then wait, wait, wait until the server brought the paper receipt (the thingy was out of paper or something).

Our server (Jeff?) was really great, not just honestly nice and wanting to get us just what we wanted, but also quick to return with whatever we had asked for. Please keep the summer power salad on the menu!
Our waiter gave us a good impression that he hated his job. Shame.
36th wedding anniversary
Have not been in years but was pleasantly surprised. I expected lots of kids running, noisy and deep frying smell but all that was toned way down. It is a family restaurant so it does have some noise and plenty of kids but with the remodel and great staff I felt very comfortable in the environment. Price has gone up a bit but I guess that's to be expected. Our server was fantastic. Great last minute go to comfort food place.
I used Open Table to get priority seating but it didn’t matter. Everybody who walked in the door had the same wait time. Service was slow. Where we were seated was incredibly noisy. My meal arrived with a problem. The server “forgot” to offer my daughter a free dessert for her birthday until AFTER we settled the bill. The food was alright but I won’t go back there after two bad experiences with that restaurant.

Drinks are very weak. food is never hot. If you go during lunch waiter doesn't ask if you want lunch size or dinner just assumes dinner size. (he even said that). Tried to redeem prize he made a big thing about the manager having to see my phone but no one ever checked my phone? WOW i could keep going. No bag for our left overs to carry out. And we had 6 people.
Thrusday nite special 4 course meal was excellent. Wine list was unexpectedly good.
