My wife's birthday was on October 2nd (when we were there for our dinner reservation). We arrived promptly at 6:45pm and waited 3-5 minutes to be greeted by the hostess at the front desk right at the entrance to the restaurant where she took us to our reserved table. There were 4 of us in the party and we all ordered house water for drinks, with one in the party getting 1 glass of wine as recommended as a pairing with the meal by our server. We each got our main courses and our table of 4 split 2 sides (we did NOT get dessert, but they did give my wife a beautifully rich brownie and vanilla bean ice cream "on the house" for her birthday which was not expected but greatly appreciated). As to be expected, like with the majority of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants, after taxes and tip, the dinner for the 4 of us cost $400. Unless noted on the menu EVERYTHING is ala carte, so expect to pay $100 per person at the barest of minimums unless you are just going for drinks or an order of their wonderful Truffle Fries (which are to die for btw). Everything we ordered was excellent, the menu crafted with such mastery that each flavor and texture on every plate were very much on purposefully placed there for a reason. If you are afforded the opportunity and have the disposable finances to give this place a try at least once, definitely do so.

The food was absolutely amazing! Crab cake was excellent and had nothing but crab in it. The cake was barely there. The beef wellington melted in your mouth. You didn't even have to chew it. The only thing that was any kinda bother was the drinks took a little bit of time to get.

The rub and sauce on the STL style ribs were great, but would have been better smoked instead of oven baked. Our table and chairs were dirty when we were seated, including a dirty napkin under the table. For the price paid, I expected more attention to detail.

We went for our Anniversary dinner. We had outside seating. Our whole experience was exceptional.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with this restaurant. Everyone that interacted with us was very nice, welcoming, helpful, efficient and all around stellar. The menu choices were varied and made a final selection difficult. The food was awesome, delivered very timely and a huge part of this great experience. The location with that amazing patio that has the best view in St Louis has always been my favorite and still is. This is a must do for any self respecting foodie.

We were so excited to get Ramsey's kitchen here in St Louis. We ate at Bread Street kitchen in Edinburgh, UK. My wife had the fish and chips and I had the idiot sandwich while we were there and we absolutely loved it. When we found out they were bringing one of his restaurants to St Louis we were ecstatic and knew we had to go. My wife had been wanting to try the beef Wellington for such a long time and we thought we'd never would get another opportunity when we left Scotland. We went to Ramsey's kitchen for my wife's 50th birthday and even though there was no dress code we wanted to celebrate the occasion so we dressed up. That's right, suit and tie and the whole shebang. I had the halibut and truffle fries. My wife had the beef Wellington. We also ordered the sticky cauliflower. We were so impressed with the sticky cauliflower. We kept saying that it reminded us of sweet and sour chicken. It was flavorful, crispy, and super delicious. The halibut was thick and clean tasting. The truffle fries had such a wonderful seasoning and the sauce it really made it. My wife let me try some of her beef Wellington and I really didn't know what to expect, but it was so so delicious. Juicy, tender, and so very flavorful. I can see why it is a signature dish. I was going to get the 24 oz ribeye but I had recently been on an Alaskan cruise and had finally had halibut so I'm a huge fan of that fish now and just had to try Ramsay's take on it and I was not disappointed. I understand the pricing and although my wife and I both thought that all the prices probably could have been reduced at least five or six bucks I do understand that you're paying for the quality in the name. This isn't a restaurant that we could afford to do all the time but it is definitely a fun place to go for special occasions and we will be back.
