Raffles Hotel

we waited in plain view for at least 5 - 7 minutes standing at either end of the restaurant and despite the main service guy standing about 3 metres away he ignored us until after he had imputed another tables meals and then took an order from another table. He was not overly welcoming. they appeared to be short staffed.
we eat out every weekend and wont rush back.

Food & service very good. Great location, ambience in the outside eating area was excellent.

Good atmosphere. Limited food selection on menu, but the quality of the food was quite good with great service. Only gripe would be had to wait a couple of minutes to get someones attention to pay the bill.

Great for a group lunch. A nice menu and variety.

Food below average and pricey. It’s was like stepping back into the 1980’s. They could run that place so much better. Would return for drinks but not for dinning

The waitress was attentive and very helpful. The music was REALLY loud and really bad to be honest that was the only thing that we all thought should be changed it was old school crap ... wake me up before you go go crap .. we found ourselves yelling to each other across the table . The food was very nice I couldn't fault mine- I had Shark bay Whiting everyone else was very happy with Crab pasta .
The cocktails were very nice .We will be back and hopefully they get some modern laid back tunes .

Service was great, always made sure you were ok with beverages and your table was clean after each serve.

Food was really good and good for its value! Everything was brought out in good time and overall was a good valentines dinner.

Food quality and timing was great. Enjoyed sitting outside on a warm night with eating and having a few drinks with friends. Noise level was not to load as to make it enjoyable to chat.

Glad to see raffles getting back to former times.

We would recommend this venue as the service was excellent; staff all friendly; option to sit inside or out; food good; and drinks order taken as soon as we arrived; tables cleared constantly - definitely recommend the Raffles.

I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. Very bland. Huge portion

We came in Australia day with a group of 9, the table was set up outside however when we requested inside as one of us proffered due to being pregnant the staff jumped to help out and sorted :) also we had two 3 year old's with us who lost there toys down the back of seats (repeatedly) and the guy looking after us was very happy to help and patient with the little ones :) really nice food and awesome service all round !!

Stayed late and was a great night to share with friends

Very good food - excellent and very polite and nice service. The only negative if I had to name one is the drinks are a bit on the expensive side. Would definitely eat here again though.

Relaxing family Sunday lunch with cruisey live music. Not packed with a Sunday Session crowd.

Always nice to be welcomed by someone as you walk in.
The bloke manager with the glasses was great - could see they were maybe a bit short staffed but our table was always attended to and he looked after us well.

Food was delicious, huge portions as well.
We’ll be back!

Lovely spot.

Was initially surprised by the noise inside but adjusted to it eventually. Food was great and staff were lovely.

All four of us felt pressured into making rushed orders. example drinks on arrival when told we were waiting for our guests to arrive. They were another 10 minutes and "pounced" on immediately they sat down. Food order was given and the floor manager started suggesting extra dishes to our already chosen meals. A real intrusion we felt.
On ordering second drinks a young waiter brought the wrong ones to our table and insisted that they WERE for us. White wine on his tray.....RED wine ordered by us. After being rushed on arrival, when we were looking to order coffee/deserts we had to call a waitress for service to take our order......very inconsistent. We also had to ask for a refill of our water carafe. We could hardly hear ourselves speak. Not a relaxing venue to have a belated catch up with very close friends.

Their mushroom pizza’s are delicious, my friend had the vegan option and another friend had the Caesar salad which looked amazing and massive portion size. Definitely recommend

Noisy. Food was below average in most meals. Ceaser salad expensive and inedible. Fish and chips average. Chicken parmy burnt and came with cold chips as did the fish. Could go in but lessen learnt will not be back

Hubby organise a surprise birthday party for me and the staff was nice enough to accommodate when he had more guest turn up. Food was delicious.

Unfortunately our meal was very disappointing. The pizza was barely edible because it was so salty. The fish and Chips was overcooked and very dry. The restaurant was extremely noisy.
We won't be back.

Thought you would have exclusive area for diners. We had to get our own drinks at the bar. The table settings was awful

The website advertised Sunday Roast but when we went to order we were told the roast was no longer available... Disappointing as all 4 of us had wanted to order the roast.
Also my $39 BISTECCA SCAMONE came with the meat and only 3 small mushrooms. For that price I would have expected at least some chips or other vegetables.
The service was also a bit hit and miss. When we asked for a drinks menu we were only given one copy for the 4 of us to share.

Food was amazing. The new table service app was also brilliant.

Lovely view and setting. Very handy to order and pay for your food on the device on your table. Food delivery was quick!

For first timers, we found it quite pleasant. Festive season so it had lots of atmosphere. Food was average.

We really enjoyed the flexible menu and fabulous service. We had a few share plates and a salad with a sparkling, then later a cheese board with a bottle of red. We are five colleagues who hadn't seen each other for a long time, so this 3hr lunch was really special.

Staff were fantastic and food was quick to table. Very noisy inside, with DJ playing right above diners it made it a very loud room.

The food was lovely but very dissapointed with the bathrooms. They were not clean at all and people doing totally innapropriate things in the disabled toilets to the point that security had to intervene

Had a small work christmas paryy, the Rib Eye steak was the best I have had in Perth
