Quinto at Vidanta Riviera Maya
The service was great and the food was exceptional.
Birthday while on vacation
We had the Chateaubriand and it was cooked to perfection! Best steak I have ever tasted-- with a wonderful charcoal grilled exterior & juicy, tender & flavorful interior. All the sides were wonderful too! The ambiance was lovely & the service very attentive & accommodating! It was my birthday & it couldn't have been a nicer experience!!!
Overall the experience was good, but for us Americans the service was a bit slow. I think may have been just because we are from LA and have high expectations of timeliness.
Very very good! and service was excellent!!
The restaurant is a unique circular design with a large centre opening. Up-stair seating is against the window and the aisle. Tables are spaced far enough apart along the windows to make it very private and quiet.
Food menu is there for foodies! Well prepared and great flavours. Wine line is extensive and provides lots of good choices. Food servings are very generous.
ON our evening out we were served by Luis, who did an amazing personable service.
No problem recommending Quinto's to anybody. We would definitely go back
Very good restaurant. Try the marrow and the Wagyu. Very good value overall considering the menu.
Great food and even better service. The banana pudding dessert was a delicious ending as well. Highly recommend.
On vacation in Mexico. Wanted a quiet quality experience and got it.
Excellent food. Service was great as well. Hard to get reservations so plan early. Typical high end steak place, sides are all extra, but all sides were worth the cost.
Service was superb. Steak over-smoked, in our opinion. Added sea salt over the lobster tale made it too salty, once again, in our opinion. All other food was excellent, specifically: rack of lamb, mashed potatoes, chopped salad, and clam chowder.
Our waiter Luis and his helper Max went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was attended to. They were amazing. Everything we ordered was outstanding. Our entire evening was wonderful.
Menu very nice food really good very nice ambience
The food (especially the grilled octopus) was delicious! We expected it to be more expensive than it was. We dined after 9pm so we received a free bottle of Merlot with our Vida card provided by the Vidanta resort. The only issue was the noise upstairs in a sparsley filled area. We were able to hear every word of a table’s conversation across the restaurant because of a combination of the acoustics and one particular woman’s voice.
The service was very good. The gluten free bread was awful. The spread provided for both the gluten free bread and the “regular “ was not good. Would have preferred plain butter. The side dishes are way over priced. They should be priced half of what they are. The New York strip steaks were a very large 12 ounces. No problem with that. My spinach side dish was pitifully small and nothing special for the price. The vodka martinis where great and fairly priced.
Our waiter Juan Carlos was amazing! He was patient, informative, and celebrated our Honeymoon! Gracias!!!
Steak was served raw... It was slightly our fault at first because the waiter asked us to do a test cut and of course the cut we did was fine. However, half way in the 28 day aged steak was completely raw, not rare, but raw. For a "steakhouse" that should have never happened. They got the steakhouse ambience and of course the steakhouse price but the actual food prep does not come close.
A true gem among fabulous restaurants for the food, ambiance and service . Highly recommend this place for dinner
Steak came out medium rare rather than medium well, but the staff was very nice and brought the steak back to the kitchen to correct. Food and wine were delicious. Upper level seating provides a nice view of the restaurant and the beach.
A truly wonderful experience. Great food and the service was outstanding. I needed something to be made for me to add to my dining experience and the staff was very willing to be genuinely helpful.
The food was fabulous, the restaurant itself was very nice. However at the end of the evening the waiter asked if we would like a tequila to finish of the meal. My husband and friend said yes and left the selection of tequila to the waiter. I was not impressed when our check came and we were charged $756 for each shot of tequila. This spoilt the whole evening and we were very disappointed. Had the waiter told us the price of this particular drink we would most certainly not have had it. Very disappointing. I would appreciate a response from vidante
Great place for a romantic dinner. The porterhouse was delicious and huge!
